Apple Manhattan Village

Went in to purchase a iPad but wasn’t sure which one. Michael Hawkins assisted me and let me tell you he was outstanding. From asking the right questions to find out what my main use would be for so he could recommend the right iPad. To him really answering all my million questions and being so patient and accommodating. I had to switch payments last minute and he was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This guy truly deserves a raise and a promotion. I even purchased some accessories and got coverage. Thank you so much Michael for all your help you are a true asset to Apple. The location of this Apple Store in an amazing nice mall, the store was busy, as always expected; however, I dropped their to get the new Apple Vision Pro, and thankfully, the staff were so much cooperative, helped me a lot and I got it at no delay, the security employees helped me as well to get outside to the Uber car, since it was raining.

Stopped by to request some assistance with recycling my mother’s very old iMAC after quite a long day. Felt that I needed to give a proper shout out to Manager Chris and Daniel the Genius for being authentic and truly going above and beyond with helping us. They both hold the absolute superlative when it comes to knowledge, expertise, kindness, and the best customer service I have ever experienced. My deepest thanks.

Went to the Apple Store earlier this afternoon and received the best customer service. It took long because I wanted a new phone and laptop. The Apple employees were able to educate and update me on the latest Apple gear since I have no clue what’s going on with technology today. Natalie and I think a guy named Bryan/Ryan helped us. Another girl with head wrap helped us find the perfect phone and laptop. The other two helped me set up my phone and laptop. This was so much easier compared to if I had done it alone. THANK YOU!

My brother-in-law’s iphone was hacked. I got him an appointment at this store, and the staff was very professional and helpful. They were able to recover everything that was missing from his phone. I highly recommend this Apple store for all your Apple related issues.

The sole reason for this five stars is your amazing employee-Kelly! She was the best customer service person I’ve encountered since covid! She was super nice, listened to my needs, was honest about what products were best for me, and was extremely patient with me. I tend to get off topic and she did not seem annoyed at all! She did great at pulling me back into focus on the mission at hand :)

I’ve worked in customer service so I truly appreciate someone who can be patient but not waste time. She made me feel so comfortable that I felt like I was talking to a friend. People like her give me hope for humanity.

Apple, I highly suggest you give her a raise in addition to promoting her to trainer or manager (if she’s not already) because everyone needs to learn from her. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at one of your stores. So glad I came tonight and will be buying my products tomorrow!

Ok, so I wrote the review from my car and decided to go back in to buy the AirPods! This time Michael and Nisha helped me and they were also super patient and awesome! Lovely personalities and helpful advice :). How did I get so lucky today?!?

Needed to exchange some air pod max. Jesse G. made the exchange so easy he has a great personality he is so friendly. He is the human embodiment of customer service.

Free iPad. Free iPhone. Free microphone. attractive! I could steal, but I couldn't close the store! The police caught me and arrested me! I'm writing this review in prison!

Let me start by saying I am a PC user tried and true, but I must praise this Apple store for going that extra mile to help my daughter - the Mac user in the family. Her Mac stopped working and she was unable to get any type of screen to work from. The tech people had a quick look at her system and determined the problem was a bad wire and they could have it fixed for her within 3 - 5 days. Unfortunately she had a flight scheduled in 2 days to go back to her University in Europe. Understanding the dilemma, the technician we spoke with and the one he was working with in the back discussed the problem and assured us they'd have her Mac fixed within 1 day - they succeeded.

Tyler is a stud that’s all there is to it customer service studs like Tyler are extremely friendly very helpful very patient and extraordinarily good listeners which is good for me because I’m an extraordinarily loudmouth talker… I was having problems with my Apple earbuds which is we all know are literally engineered to be annoying when they’re not in your ear however when they work they are fantastic

luckily Tyler was able to figure out that unfortunately I was going to have to send them away for a week but this didn’t even take him 10 minutes to provide me with a solution to be very helpful and the whole time very courteous the rest of the store staff seemed amazing and friendly as well so

hats off to the store for having exceptionally friendly service a wonderful Lay out and some of the most helpful people I’ve experienced in retail

Being over 60 and 70 my husband and I have purchased 3 phones and 2 iPads from Apple Store in Manhattan Village. I must give kudos to our last purchase and Kim Newman and her exceptional customer service. She made eye contact upon arrival, smiled, and walked up to me and said “May I help you” wow was i pleasantly surprised! I needed help transferring info from one phone to the other, Kim stepped right in, explained everything and began the process. She is 24 and I’m 64, we had excellent communication. Good hiring Apple, she is a 5 star ⭐ employee!! Oscar then continues with transferable info, he is another excellent hire. Thank them both, acknowledging there skills!!

What a great store! There's something for everybody in that store. If you can't find what you want, either it's out of stock or they don't make it yet. There are plenty of people to help you and they're very knowledgeable and the ones that helped us or fantastic definitely would come back to this Apple store again.

Had a great iPhone 14 buy at this Apple Store, associate David was helpful, knowledgeable and thoroughly navigated me through the steps of requiring a new phone. The whole set up was easy to recover and change from my old phone to the new phone! Props to David for being helpful, checkout was a breeze.

I had an appointment at 2:05 on 5/22. As I was sitting down for check in, Blake signed me in and gave a great service. Also gave me what I needed for my AirPods.

Big thank you to the technician, Sergio who patiently and informatively help me choose a new iPhone and accessories to replace the phone that was stolen from me while on vacation. He made the process seamless.
