Macy's

Went with my family to this store. It has an amazing collection of apparel, perfumes, and other items. We ended up shopping at this store. One item that we wanted in the store was defective, but another store clerk helped us place an online order and will get it delivered to our home. Will definitely shop here again!

This is a nice quiet Macy's. I frequent their fragrance department very often, and I find all of the fragrances I'm looking for. The staff will offer fragrance suggestions and show you what the new fragrances are. If you're a fragrance girly, this is a great location to visit. The store is very organized and neat. They never disappoint.

Today went shopping for clothes for my son and Macy's has a Great selection of almost everything you can image! Love this store even when the prices are higher. There is nothing better than going out and looking, seeing what you want and feeling the touch, vs going online and buying it.

The lady who help me out with the men's shirt, your awesome! Thank you very much!!!! Macy's you have some great employee's working there, see you again soon.

I have been to Macys at the Manhattan Village twice in two days. I want “Kudos” given to Audrey in the women’s clothing department. Great sales person and she helped my friend and I a lot. Macy’s is a great store!

It is a huge clothing store, which is like a maze. If you go in you can’t, then you can’t get out. It has all sorts of departments, and anybody can find what they are looking for. It is open during Covid, and it is kept very clean and sanitized.

I shop at the store quite a bit. I like it because of the sale items plus I can get additional discounts off whatever I’m buying. The store is clean the only downside I would say is sometimes when you need help they seem to be short staffed depending on what department you’re in.

Oh my goodness. This Macy's is renovated beautifully. And I must say, the Store Manager and HR Manager are to be commended. Every single employee I ran into (7-8) were so friendly and helpful. Not what I usually see at a Macy's tbh. Highly recommend this store!!!

Make sure you visit the home department. You will get the best customer service possible.

The Jewelry man!! OMG he earned it our first me....& my Niece... Every counter we visited, he would come over , whenever I looked for him.
He used the special discounts & asked us to use our Macys cards for more... They had the most Sparkly & unique Swarovski Crystal's...Two
Ear rings went home with us !!

I walked in and I did not know at the time the gentleman that ask me if I needed help was the Manager! He was so pleasant and I told him what I was looking for and he took me all the way to the section I picked out what I needed and I was very happy.

Every one there was delightful I will go back there customer service is unmatched!
