Bucky's Complete Auto Repair Fife

I love going here for my car care. They have serviced five of my jeeps, two wranglers, and two Cherokees, and one grand Cherokee. They have serviced my minivan and my daughter’s Subaru outback. They do great work and I never had any problems with them. Today i just stopped by to have my temporary plates changed and they did that for me. I recommend them.

So picture this, I'm 3 hours from home on my way to a job. About 10 miles from Fife I get a notification saying "service brake assist". Nothing feels off, but I had no traffic. Go to slow down and the brake pedal is hard and not stopping very well. Definitely lost power brakes. Make it to my motel and Google up wrench shops in the area. Bucky's is the only place open on Saturday and it's not even a mile from my motel. Go there in the morning and they get right on it. Problem is I'm in Seattle and won't be back in Fife until well after closing. I push my luck and see if they're willing to leave my key with the front desk of my motel. But they're willing and oblige. I can still make it home in time for work Monday. 10/10 (or I guess 5/5 in this case). Top shelf company willing to put up with my odd working hours. Thank you! Find the issues maybe, give the right phone number. They will get back with you ASAP. First Come, services. Remember there are only 4 Master Mechanics Mr. Lewis, Bill is one of the MOST experience technician, been there since we were there, Mr. Lewis, Bill, technician take quality time, to ensure to get what you need for our precious vehicle to go up and running. Time is quality seen them on their CAT Scan to ensure to get the quality for our vehicle. Especially with Codes, they take time. Patient is the key. Bucky's know their operations as well as their expertise and experience on all vehicles.
Mr . Calvert, Steven the manager at this location, very knowledgeable, customer service and willingness to understand the customer issues. Give patients and they get answer ASAP, like mentioned the knowledgeable about issues with vehicle's. They do not sell tires, they have no balance machine. " Not responsible if you leave vehicle outside, during non working hours ". Ensure give vehicle with Mr. Steven Calvert, to ensure vehicle safe for overnight parking. Furthermore, Patient is the key, rushing will lead to accident. They have the right to refuse services if you are aggressive and uncooperative. How would you feel it was you the other way around?

I stopped in on the way to work for help fixing a seat belt buckle. They were great, fitting me into their already full day and fixed the issue quickly. I appreciate their friendly service and help!

Richard's customer service is top notch! I randomly stopped in with no appointment and needed my headlight bulb replaced. He instantly said l'let's look'. I was able to see within minutes 😀. Thanks Richard for being awesome!

We took our car last minute to have the brakes done and an oil change. They changed the oil but said our pads still had 70% thickness and couldn't recommend changing them. The appointment was no nonsense. I didn't feel ripped off, and they did what they said. I appreciated the honesty. We worked with Steve. This account would be under Rachel Warner.

Steven was very courteous, helpful, and explained their procedures, and what they were going to do very clearly. Explained very well and thoroughly what the issue was and then explained their suggested way of resolving the issue. Worked with me the best he could, really over and beyond. I would not have an issue bringing my vehicle to him again. Probably will bring it to him again.
