This place is great. Took my 8 year old son in to get some new sneakers and he was treated great. He was upset after an issue at another store up the street. They let him try on a bunch of new Jordans and Yeezys and we got a really good deal on 3 pairs of shoes. All the employees are very nice and helpful.

My son was stoked to go here to see all the bright colored shoes in perfect rows. He wanted to meet Rami, but unfortunately he wasn't there. He found the shoe he wanted in less than 20 minutes which was surprising for him. The whole experience was pretty fun for him he watches on YouTube all the time to get to know the different shoes. He's a little obsessed with basketball and shoes at the moment. Staff were attentive and friendly as well. ✌

These guys are the BEST!! They have a great selection, and even better Customer Service. My son loves coming here to trade up and buy new kicks - we were there for Black Friday and he got 2 amazing deals. They treat everyone with respect, and its just an all around great vibe. This place is heaven for anyone who is a Sneakerhead! They engage with their customers like crazy - a great thing when you're trying to get, and retain customers. Highly recommend making a trip out to Cool Kicks! And Yes, my son was ChampagnePaki's 1st BeReal on Black Friday ;)

One of the places my son wanted to go while on vacation. He was really jazzed when we walked in and Rami was there. Made my sons day to get a pic with him. We had great customer service too!

What an awesome store! Found should I was looking for, but more yeezys for men and bigger sizes rather than for women. If you are looking for yeezys is size 7 and below you might struggle.

Came here with my son all the way from Chicago in the hopes to meet Rami. However Rami was on vacation but that’s okay this place is amazing let alone the wide variety of shoes but the customer service is like no other. There is not only a few employees working there is like 10 employees working. At least it felt that way because they are everywhere constantly making sure you have what you want. We are already making plans for our next visit which will be real soon because we heard Rami will be back on Saturday.
