One of the best store Among my shopping in 7/11 experience. I can’t get this kind of best service even in Chicago my home town. While we shopping in Melrose around 10 am My wife asking me to get some waters and I found a seven eleven around us and we step in store was so neat and clean And employees are cordial I would loves to come again that store when I arrive LA and Will recommend to get there too

What you can expect at your average 7/11. Always came here to get a quick cold drink

PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS STORE!!! I even threw away what I bought from here. I was too concerned with getting sick from it. omg this store is sooooo gross. Everything is so dirty and grimey. floor was gross. drink fountain was gross. countertops were so nasty. every surface was terribly dirty. there was a smell of vomit inside as well. ive never been to any store much less a 7-11 that was THIS DIRTY AND GROSS. ill never ever come here again to this location. The smell was so bad.

⚠ WARNING ⚠ After my card not working the cashier began to speak in another language along with raising his voice towards me. Then insisted to try again by continuing to verbally abuse me after which I calmly told to yell at me. That caused him to create a large scene because there police officers in the store. I became increasingly uncomfortable so started to exit the store. As I I decided to leave the items on counter because of his treatment. The cashier then grew to be irritated and creating a increasing larger scene causing the officers to intervene and ask me to leave.

The cashier was rude and inappropriate, old Indian man glasses. Did not honor rewards points, heated food was old and under cooked. Their coffee machines were grimy and dirty I would not recommend this place

Dirty and in a disgusting place always homeless people around and the slurpy machines are almost always broken and if router will work then at least 2 of the machines will still be broken, I have never seen all the machines working properly

I went in to buy a cheap pack of cigarettes, which ended up being Pall Malls. He asked me what kind and several times I said red 100s and he did not hear me. Finally my bf said it in Spanish and the dude got all mad saying he didn't speak Spanish so I ended up repeating again that I wanted red 100 s. My bf said don't you get people coming in here speaking Spanish and he said no he never had to
He acted kind of racist like speaking Spanish was the worst thing in the world. I will never spend money here again after being treated like that.

The 7 eleven had such had a bad smell and the air got so thick. It was harder to breathe in there. Everything was so disorganized. Me and my friends tried to buy water but couldn’t stand to be in there we just took our business else where
