I am happy that I switched to West Shores Realty for a number of reasons. Foremost, I got to keep most of my commission for when I did close on a transaction. Having Amir as my broker is awesome as he takes the time to answer my questions when I need it. He also does Broker Minutes to cover things to keep us informed. He stays in touch with what is happening with his agents. Vance is very informative when doing his classes so I learn a lot from them. He is also available to answer my questions so it is great to have this support system. The in-house lenders and escrow officers are great to work with so it makes doing real estate much easier for me.

West Shores is the perfect place if you want top notch training. They have a weekly Shark Academy to teach you how to be a real estate agent and run your business successfully plus a West Shores University. For the seasoned agent, they are on top of all the updated information you need to know to be the best you can be for your clients. There is also the added bonus that there is no split in this office. You only pay $900 a transaction no matter the volume. With your monthly fee of $95 you get access to a copying machine , a website, and the West Shores App. So much more is offered here at West Shores but you will need to come check us out to find out more.
