Ralphs Fresh Fare

i just met a really nice checkout cashier named melody. She is super friendly, polite, and helpful. She was helpful to put items on my cart. she made sure if i was ok to to find my shopping items on the display. no other cashiers help me like this. this location is the friendliest store ever.

George was top notch! You guys need to promote him and give him a raise. He was quite easily the coolest cashier we’ve ever worked with.

This local outlet of the Ralph's chain is outstanding and my preferred "go to first" grocery for a range of reasons!!

1. Overall, good stock of needed products, especially in the produce and meats sections.

2. Always-attentive and consistently-helpful associates. Their encyclopedic knowledge about advis3inf exactly where to go inside to find requested products is absolutely astonishing!!!

3. Exemplary, if not unique, sense of collective teamwork dynamic among all associates I have encountered icer over several years. Great chorus; no prima donnas... very rare internal chemistry at work at this particular store, which justifies the drive to enter and shop there.

I enjoy the layout of the store and the large bakery-deli area. Checkout is fast and courteous especially when Julie M is behind the register.

My favorite Ralph's outside of Orange County. Clean and welcoming.

Great produce section, nice wine selection and loads of cheese and ice cream options. Check out the gourmet cheese section, highly recommended.

Love my neighborhood market! Nicest people going!
Update: 5 months later, anything less than 5 Stars would be wrong. This place is as close to perfect customer service as i have ever seen in a retail store. They are either really desperate to keep their customers happy (What a concept) or they just get it. Either way i win, and shop here 3-4x a week. thanks!

Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient hours, good product selection and quality products. There is also an asian veggie section.....It keeps getting better and better. I am so happy this well-managed Ralphs is in our neighborhood and highly recommend it to everyone!

Compliments to Carrie who works at the deli counter! Carrie was so kind, helpful and professional. Out of three deli counter people helping me that day, she was the only one I had a positive experience with. I had bought some carrot salad when I first got there but the guy in deli didn't tape the lid, so when I was doing my shopping, it went all over my cart. I went back to the counter to get more, and had another negative experience with a second employee - although he saw that I had taken a number, he began helping another customer who just walked right up. The part that got me was that he gave me a knowing look, like he knew I was right to be annoyed. Guess he could have told the other customer, "Sorry sir, I believe she's next," but oh well. Luckily Carrie saw this and said, "Don't worry, I got you!" And she gave me some replacement carrot salad at no charge (after checking with her manager). THANK YOU, Carrie!!!

Great customer service! Great prices on discounted items that you find in every Department of the store! I got a bag of tomatoes and zucchini for $0.99! They Mark the produce down because of bruises Etc and I got four bananas for $0.24 total.

Great grocery store. They had everything I needed, and it was well laid out. Great customer service too! Since I was from out-of-state, the guy checking me out was kind enough to remind me that my Kroger loyalty card would work here too.

Excellent service by friendly support staff. Competitive prices on a wide selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, and meats. Good deli section with prepared salads. Excellent cheese section.

The atmosphere at this ralphs is warm, rich, and uniting. It's like coming home for Christmas and discovering all the fine foods and fresh baked goods awaiting a weary traveler. When I am on town, I always make a point to stop by for lunch and a triple hot blonde espresso with a splash of steamed breve from the Starbucks inside the store.

The manager, Joe was very helpful and respectful.

One of the best supermarkets around in RPV. This place is big and has everything and then some.

Great place to get all the stuff on your shopping list or to get something quick. Has a fast lane check out as well as a starbucks and bathrooms. :) Also has organic fruits and veggies!!

So good, always go at midnight for the nicest employees and great atmosphere. Pretty girls and chill people. Great selection of beer with music
