CVS

My visit to CVS was pleasant. My extra care phone number was used. The associates on the sales floor provided guidance. The store had a pleasant environment.

The workers are like medicine.
You feel good around them. It
makes me buy twice a much.
Just like buy one get one free.
The store is filled with surprises.

Great service for an overwhelmed staff. Their pharmacy must be servicing the entire hill. There are holds to speak to someone, but don't listen to the Karens. These people are working hard every day.

CVS is the best pharmacy in the US. I always get some discount and good service. Their store associates are professional and friendly.

Friendly service. Good sales. Full photo and prescription service.

I love the personnel at this CVS! They are extremely helpful & personable—just a wonderful group!!! I have a suggestion re: picking up Covid tests. There should be some sign as soon as you enter the store that indicates you need to get on the “Drop off” line at the pharmacy to give your insurance info.
I went there today, and after asking, I was told to go to the pharmacy. I waited on the pharmacy line for 20 min. Then was told to got to the drop off window. I waited another 15 min. My info was taken, & then I was told to go back to the pharmacy window in 20-30 min to pick up the tests. There were 2 other people doing exactly what I was doing, and all for lack of a simple sign. This is a simple fix in my opinion, and would save time for those trying to get home to a sick family member.

I’m not gonna complain that they said it would take an hour and it took 15 minutes. It’s a max estimate kinda world for CYA. Happy to see the effort.

Never mind, went in today and found out it’s just the night pharmacists who worked on 01/10/2022 and don’t speak in full sentences.

Be careful when you shop here, particularly with store coupons, extra bucks, and various other sale deals.

The courtesy and service in store was gracious to a point, however the associate was misinformed. When I disagreed, the solution was for me to return to the store in the future to see a more experienced associate. However, the items I chose, put on hold, cost more due to price changes I didn't expect. This caused a 3rd return to the store for price adjustment. The associates, while helpful, didn't consider all this wasted time and inconvenience. Further, suggested the refund would be easier if purchased additional items on that visit. That's right, buying more would have made their job easier. Today, the manager on the phone was even less interested in my feedback by her tone and manner and seemed to make judgments about me as a customer. Bottom line, CVS doesn't own their errors or value your time or patronage.

Two stars only for the effort of the young lady working at the register. The pharmacist PB is disorganized. I went in yesterday to pick up two prescriptions, both were called in 4 days prior. One was ready, I was asked to wait 10 minutes, no problem. Go shopping and come back twenty minutes later, still not ready. I decided to come back next day... STILL NOT READY! Not acceptable, terrible service.
