They didn't tell me when I got my clothes, I think they didn't want to take the responsibility. I don't know why there are so many good reviews for this place, definitely this is bad service and not honest to customers. I was cheated by the google review.

I'm reviewing after roughly 15 items with them; we started taking our dry-cleaning items here because it's the closest to us and it's only around $10 per pant/top, however we're often able to do a better job with shout-wipes and some paper towels when removing simple foundations/lip stick contact stains that they cannot seem to remove. When we drop off items to them, they don't ask about problem areas or what service we want, they just take the clothes and tell us it'll be ready in 3 days. Also, for $10 per item, I question how long they actually spend examining and treating the items. We'll be trying out other cleaners in the area until we see some positive reviews on here, we'll definitely miss the convenience.

They charge you for 5 pieces even if you bring less than 5 pieces; wash & fold isn't even pressed -- just folded with wrinkles. Don't go here if you like well laundered shirts.
