Robert and Gaby made purchasing a car so easy! I'd been dreading buying a car at a dealer due to high pressure places in the past. They had the car i had been looking at on their showroom floor and we checked it out while having a great conversation with Robert. We had a lot in common, both being guitar players, and he was so helpful showing us the car.

I made an appointment to test drive the car the next day, and Gaby went with me. sharing all the fine points on the Audi. Gaby is a car aficionado - really knows his stuff and was low pressure and super helpful. Financing was a breeze and I had great conversations with the team there as we went over the paperwork. Gaby had new tires put on it, and gave me tips on driving and servicing Audis.

I bought my Prius car here over a month ago with a limited budget for a preowned car. It was my first time and I was really nervous. Robert and Gabby were straight forward and they don’t charge hidden fees. I like that they are Trustworthy. My car looks very nice, clean and in good condition. I got to drive home my car same day. Gabby even showed us the features of the car before we got to take it home. I really loved it! I got a fair deal and they went extra mile to change my air filters and shipped my break pads within a weeks time. The transaction went smoothly and as planned. I was very satisfied. Purchased a 2016 Honda Civic as a early graduation gift to myself prior to earning a BA in finance/accounting. The price was great, but what made the experience better was the quality customer service. The car had slight issues, but they were taken care of and handled promptly by the dealer. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone look for quality cars and great customer service. These guys can be trusted, Gaby was excellent in handling the needs of my car. Highly recommend, I would leave more stars if it were possible. I had been to 2 other dealers before Valley Coach, but their customer service, price, and trustworthiness were far superior.

How buying a car should be! Took my Niece to look at a 2017 Lexus is300 she had found online. Gaby and Robert are both class acts! Super friendly, welcoming, and HONEST! I must say I didn't know what to expect when I walked in. But both Gabby and Robert could not be nicer, friendly, and professional. Throughout the process of purchasing my car with them, I felt at ease, which is not the usual feeling when dealing with a used car dealership--at least stereotypically. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my dearest friends and will for sure look forward to buying my next car there.

I've been shopping for a car for a few weeks and since I'm on a budget, I had to search within the smaller car dealerships, which tend to have a reputation for being not the most reliable. I was very happy to find that at Valley Coach Co. everyone was very professional and helpful. The moment I spoke with Gaby on the phone, I knew I'd be working with great people. He even informed me that everyone would be wearing masks, so, if you're looking to shop during the pandemic, you can be sure this place is kept clean and they are taking precautions for preventing the spread of COVID. Robert was there to assist Gaby and was equally as easy-going and friendly. I was very happy with my experience. And I'm very happy with my new (used) Toyota. I'd recommend this place to my family and friends.

Robert was great! I bought a 2012 Subaru Outback from this place, and as it was my first time buying a car I was not really sure what to expect. However when I got there, Robert was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. He was extremely transparent about the cars history and offered to show the CARFAX. It really felt as if he did everything he could to make the process easy as possible. I have been driving it for a month and it runs great!

We had a great experience working with Gaby and Robert. Before we bought the car, Gaby assured us that if we were to have any mechanical issues, he would take care it. Shortly after we bought the car, the check engine light came on. Gaby said to take it to his mechanic and he would take care of. Sure enough, the car was repaired and Gaby covered the cost. Talk about integrity. We'll be buying our next used car at Valley Coach!

A wonderful and fair experience! I think we are always a little suspicious when we hear the phrase "used car dealer", and I came in with my guard up expecting to the worst. But Gaby and his partner Robert are the real deal. From my initial phone call with Robert to the signing of the title with Gaby, the experience was warm and informative. They have been in business for a long time for a reason. They were honest and upfront about pricing details and answered all my questions. There were a few things wrong with the car, so on the first day, Gaby offered to have all the repairs made at his cost. Since I didn't have a vehicle to get home with, he offered to give me a ride all the way back to Santa Monica so I didn't have to get an Uber! I've now had the car for a month and it is most definitely not a lemon, it is holding up great and Gaby has insisted that I keep his number should any problems arise. He also put me in touch with his mechanic who also made a few little adjustments at no cost to me. They set me up with a great warrantee as well. There is some truth in "you get what you pay for" and with Gaby, you are getting an honest man who does good work. You will be in very safe hands, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I’m not a big fan on writing reviews. But when a company is deserving of it from my personal experience, I feel it necessary to pass my experience on to others. Especially with so much distrust in our society.

I have given Valley Coach Auto sales five stars. If I could give 50 I would have given 50 stars.

They know and have such a passion for their business. I have bought two cars from them over the past 10 years. I got much more than expected each time. And their prices were very reasonable as well.

Most of all they are very warm and comfortable to deal with, And you cannot get any better when it comes to Integrity, honesty and ethics.
