Make sure you get the Ralph's card and Shop the digital deals and you'll do just fine. Can't beat their wine prices by 6 bottles mix and match and save 30% on top of whatever other sales they offer. It's my go-to place for wine now.

Ralphs is great. Ample parking, a wide choice of your essentials but loads more. The friendly staff are always happy to go that extra mile for their Customers. They have the loyatly card as well, for real time savings every time you shop. I can honestly say being from UK that some of our supermarkets need to get their act together because Ralph's is a great place to shop.

I always have such a pleasant experience. Well stocked, with pretty much whatever I need, every visit. Staff are informative, & friendly. Fast self checkout lanes. Scan & pay kiosk is easy & quick.

One of the clerks was so kind in helping me find what i needed. She had black hair and bangs and i think her name was raven? Best customer service ive received in a long time, she was so kind and joyful. This trip to Ralph's really brightened my mood, job well done!

Friendly staff, very clean store and a great selection. Close to home and easy for me to get to. I love that I am able to safely park on Burbank Blvd. and run in without having to park in the parking lot.

I love coming to this Ralphs because they have everything that I always need in a small place. Also, it’s open 24 hours so this is a very convenient location. I love the staff at this Ralphs because they are super helpful, kind and always go above and beyond. Tina from the self check out is very helpful, kind and has great customer service skills. She’s always so attentive and has shown me that she truly cares for customer needs. I definitely recommend this location and I will keep coming back because the staff never seem to disappoint me and the prices are always better than anywhere in the area.

The staff is great, always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and bright and the shelves are kept fully stocked at all times. It's one grocery store i dont mind going to at all. I love the fact that it's 24 hours . I'm a night owl and when i want something at 3 am i can have it. It's just a really nice store.

Two workers named Gerardo and Zack were extremely friendly today. Gave me wonderful customer service. Also, they were both incredibly polite and helpful.

Ralph's is a great store and clean but they're soooo expensive

I had a return issue, I didn't think Ralph's would touch, I was wrong, there's nothing Ralph's won't do to please their customers. Ralph's on Burbank & Van Nuys, has the best staff & customer service is industry has to offer.

When you enter to this store you say wow.The store is very clean and you will find everything easily. Everyone working there is very polite . They have baby Enfamil formulas there all the time. Every week they have different sales, and the product and quality of the things are amazing.

I love grocery stores, and Ralphs is my main go-to. I love browsing the aisle and buying products I've never tried. It's always crowded when I go, but staff is lovely!

I always go in the wee hours to avoid the daytime crowd and although the aisles are always full of inventory with stockers stocking shelves, every single one of them knows exactly what aisle I can find items on when asked. This location must have changed their layout recently because things were not where I remembered them to be. At checkout, the checkers still ask me whether I found everything alright. To which I can only reply "Of course!" Now that's taking customer satisfaction to the next level in my book.

We were just talking about how awesome this Ralphs is. We haven't ate out for over 4 months, no deliveries, just fresh home made food since uncle Corona hit the city.
This location is the best, I can't say that about other Ralphs locations.
My favorite section is the meat department. Always fresh, clean and AWESOME deals on all kind of meat. Absolutely the best and safest meat department in LA.
Also, there're always fantastic deals on liquors.
I have been living in this area for 8 years and I have seen nothing but improvements in this fantastic grocery store.

One of my favorite ralphs locations

There's another branch the I live closer to but like many other businesses at 3 o'clock in the morning it is closed which does not work for me because my life works around the night. this branch however it is 1 of the few that is open 24 hours a day, and frankly, is where I would prefer to go to shop even if I live a normal life and work a 9 to 5 job as they have a larger selection and a who's general overall facility is a lot nicer and better maintained. I give the store and all around 5 stars with the exception of their service however I don't think that my review is and I can't or fair reading because like most doors around 3 o'clock in the morning they are primarily busy restalking their shelves and there for, keep most of their limited staff. But after being persistent in asking upper management I was able to acquire the necessary items that I wanted with impeccable service and customer appreciation thank you van nuys branch Ralphs. You make my life a little less a living hell. :-)
