Honestly I don't understand why people say this place is bad, it's honestly pleasant enough for the price. In this economy their room looks modern enough and quite spacious. The only minor problems are that, first the bathroom door is a sliding door which is very weird--it doesn't seal, and the toilet stinks at least once a day for some reason. They have no microwave in the room but the office has one. The check in opens till 4 am. We were facing the street and it wasn't loud at all, the curtains do the job, floor is a bit squeaky but nothing crazy. Sheets are clean, no bugs, no smell, I liked it better than the other hotel we stayed at during this vacation. 9/10 would stay again.

I stayed there a few nights ago and the night employee Alejandra was absolutely amazing with my daughter and I to accommodate to our picky needs lol. Definitely will be staying there again soon . Thanks Alejandra

still waiting for deposit back on the room. When I left they cleared the room send the room was good I can pick up my deposit at the office. Then they told me being that's in my wife's name I couldn't get the deposit, not the closest play surround I told I had to see the manager. I will update later once I have seen the manager and got my deposit.

This was a sexy room... that was why I came and it didn't disappoint. Not a fan of external room doors, but once you get inside it was very nice. Simple room, but big jetted tub, big shower and big bed.

The room is clean, the shower is incredible, and the staff are polite. For the price and the availability last minute, it was an easy choice and might become a regular stay when I'm in town.

Rooms are very nice. My friend & I stayed in the room with a full size Jacuzzi tub& King size bed! Room also had a safe for your valuables, flat screen tv, mini fridge, microwave, & a nice size vanity mirror. Price per night & deposit are fair. Front desk clerk was nice & accommodated our request for an early check-in. Will definetly visit again!

I stayed here towards the end of August and I was blown away. It felt like a luxury 5 start hotel...the room at least. It was neat. So neat. I’m a neat freak so I was making sure to check thoroughly if there were any kind of stains. None. No cockroaches. Just pure luxury. The location was really nice also. Felt good to get away from Hollywood for a bit.

What can I say, room & pricing are decent, the shower in the morning was quiet pleasant due to the rainfall style showerhead, and there's a complimentary breakfast included, I'd say not bad at all. I finally wrote this review after a few stays at this location. The restaurant next door provides the breakfast in the mornings & I encourage everyone to drop in at night and grab a bite, they also have hookah if you're into that. Get there early, it's popular & gets full fast. The hotel and the restaurant didn't pay me to say anything about them, it's all me, but you don't have to take my word for it. Go check it out for yourselves!

Nice place. Decor is dated, but the beds are comfortable and the water is hot. The basic cable options are cool. The room I got was huge. It was an old studio apartment so it had a full kitchen. The bathroom was large but the tub was standard size. It was a great night's sleep. The employees were pleasant and quick. I would stay there again.

Large bathroom/walk in shower plus ample shelf space, fridge microwave comfy beds = everything you need. Burbank can run the whole spectrum and while this is at the cheaper end it's well stocked. Plus the lobby is furnished with a bunch of celebrities' autographs etc of all the films shows etc worked on here over the years.

Rooms look amazing especially the rooms with a jacuzzi tub. There maybe some very minor retouching to do in the rooms but it doesn't get in the way of your stay. Recommend this property to everyone who likes to get away for a night or two.
You won't regret it.😃

I liked staying here. Good price for what you get. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The guy at the desk in the day time went above and beyond to make us happy. Sorry for not getting his name. We will be back.

Rooms were super modern. Looks like they were just renovated. Rooms were even nicer than a-lot of the Hilton's & Marriott's that I've stayed in. Staff is especially kind. My friend had left her towel behind after check out and Anjana & Dipika at the front desk had called us to let us know that they have found it and even made sure it was washed before we drove back to pick it up. Super thoughtful!

Tucked away in the middle of glendale.the staff are super friendly. The rooms are big and spacious. The shower was amazing though i wish we got could have got a room with one of the huge tubs I spotted peaking in while they were cleaning haha. If you fear or worry about hearing other guest that wasn't an issue. Which was a relief for me. And the best part is the guy who owns it was there managing and walking around the lot almost everyday we stayed. Which means its well taken care of. Hands down a good place to stay regardles if its for a short or long stay! If i ever come back to California i know where im staying.

This place is amazing! For the money you spend you really get alot for your buck. Awesone room, the shower a beautiful elegant experience of it's own, the dim light settings of the bed to the hollywood decorations makes it a very tranquil and luxurious experience. Angela at the front desk in the morning was so very helpful and accommodating. She went back to my room and brought me my phone charger which I would've completely left behind and been out of luck without! From the are to the staff and the surrounding you can not beat it. Seriously don't waste your time looking anywhere else because this hotel is it baby. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is my first of many more to come in the near future reviews. First I must utterly thank the personnel on the premises, for cleaning up and maintaining the motel. The staff up front will accommodate your every need if asked for in a respectful manner. Love staying here every now & then even tho I live a few blocks away! Capri West!

A REAL GEM! I don't hotel/motel stay often, generally when I have a date and we are looking to get way. This is the room I have always wanted! It'd modern, has class and the open space with the tub and double rain shower in the open reminds me of any trendy modern loft set up in a high rise down town. I've stayed at 4 star hotels more disappointing. They look like they are finishing a remodeling job so bits of the room is still in raw form and the remote TV has a hard time clicking in both rooms we had but we were there to adult and the setting, the experience of the room, gave me the right kinda energy. Staff was attentive and breakfast was filling.

Place was freaking amazing. I have to admit that I was concerned after reading the previous reviews. However ever since the Hotel was renovated there is a big difference with the quality. Room was very clean, rooms were beautifully designed, guess service was excellent. Worth the price and I would highly suggest this to any of my friends and family.
