Ichiban Sushi & Bar

My wife and I are from the San Fernando Valley and a coworker of mine told me about this restaurant and we were in the neighborhood so we figured that we would try it. We were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the food was. As soon as you enter the place the atmosphere is so beautiful and calming. We were seated right away. There are so many selections to choose from. They had Blue Fin on the menu but when I ordered it they were all ready out of it 😞 so I got Toro instead and I was very glad I did. It was some of the best Toro I had ever eaten before and so was the Yellowtail Collar. My wife and I also ordered some Sushi 🍣 and everything was so fresh and delicious 🤤. We will be returning for sure. It is worth the drive if you love great Sushi. You won't be sorry that you went.

Love this place. Service and Sushi is top of the line. Went my wife for the first time for dinner and we were impressed with the whole experience. Two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼.

We love Ichiban! Great sushi & great service. The lobster& crab roll, one of our favorites! Yellowtail, albacore, crunch roll, spicy tuna...all so delicious!

LOVE it here! I’m in Valencia and rather drive to canyon country for this place any day! It’s really nice inside, the music is great, the servers and manger are awesome. The ggood is amazing. I love how the menu is organized by category, so it’s easy to find what you want. It’s great for people who don’t eat fish too- because they have a versatile menu. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic midweek sushi dinner. All of the rolls have wonderful flavours and there is a wide variety of options. We did order a tuna roll that we never got but still gets 5 stars because everything else we had was tasty and things happen.
I would recommend all of the rolls we had and the sushi. They have a large variety of fish available.

I went here for my birthday last year and I just remembered about this place and, their food was just 👌 my favorite is the Cal roll with eel sauce, and there restaurant was clean, everything about this place just perfect, no dirt what so ever, and the workers here are so nice also they have exclusive drinks and rolls which are the best, might come back here for my birthday.

I love this place , I love it so much I want to go for my birthday!!! And take all my family and friends, the food is always perfect the owner works with and as the stuff she’s the best “ people please come and visit you won’t be disappointed “

After having and endless back and forth with the wife as to what we should eat that day we finally decided that sushi was the choice for the evening. We walk into Ichiban and notice the pretty cool Japanese style decor. We were seated pretty quick but probably due to the fact it was a Monday night, but was still pretty steady with guest. Staff was very helpful and attentive to us. We started with appetizers. I highly recommend the oysters to start. They were delicious and came with a little bit of soy sauce and I believe also smelt eggs. We then ordered 3 rolls with my wife and I favorite being the fire fire roll. Definitely a cool sushi spot to try if you're in the area. We'll definitely be back to try all the other delicious item's they had and the oysters again!

Absolutely delightful food and fast service. The ambience is beautiful and relaxing. They have booths and tables and chairs. Plenty of food choices to satisfy everyone. The salad dressing was a citrus dressing. Different but delicious!! Bento box is $17.95 for dinner.

I love this place and the food is delicious. The only downfall is sometimes the waiters forgot your order but they are short staff so I never complained about it They are always so polite and apologize and retake my order.

Just had a lovely lunch at this place. First time customer planning on coming back very regularly. Lunch bentos are yummy, tempura is crunchy and portions are just right for lunch. Friend had a couple of rolls which looked amazing and were pretty good sized. Very attentive service without being annoying. Outdoor patio area is spacious and comfortable.

Amazing service even before we entered the door, very attentive and polite server. The food is very delicious and was of high quality. The interior of the restaurant looks really updated and clean.
