My family has been going hete for over 20 years and the owner has become like family to us. He always has what we need and keeps the store clean.

The owner is SO, friendly, the store is clean, I can find the stuff I am looking for at RICKY'S, That i can't find at the closest store to me..

Charges $1! for using credit card but has basic stuff like chips soda alcohol and etc

3.8 Stars? Well, there is a reason for that. The 'employee' here does nothing but sit and watch TV all day and all night long. And if You dare walk in, do NOT expect so much as a 'hello.'

This has to be the worst store in the entire Santa Clarita Valley! The dude behind the counter is always on his phone ignoring his customers! Who ever the owner of this store is, please FIRE this guy! This guy with a mustache who I should’ve had taken his name is extremely rude and nasty, obviously has a problem! I had a lot of friends come to this store and I have asked them not to stop by even if they were offering merchandise for free! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! THIS GUY IS THE NASTIEST HUMAN BEING!!

The dude who works late evening the short guy with enormous moustache has a habit of giving less change back. When I finally confronted him about this he like always tried to pretend that it was a mistake and when I didn't buy it he got super mad and started to cuss. Never going there again.

I bought 2 things there . one was a lottery ticket he charged me for but did not put in my bag.

Horrible service, came in to buy sodas he charged me twice and when i told him he charged me twice he refused to refund me my money back until he say I was calling authorities. During the process of returning he did not know how to and also became aggressive, said I was "bitching" and am "pissing" him off for asking for my money back. Their are plenty more liqour stores around I do not recommend this one I felt disrespected and in an unsafe environment.

CLOSE YOUR NASTY STORE!!!!!! IT STINKS JUST LIKE ALL THE EMPLOYEES THERE!!
