Ryan Bishop: Allstate Insurance

I am living in Australia, but needed to take out auto insurance for my daughter who is now studying in the US.
Krisja was amazing as she took me through how the US insurance worked and went above and beyond in her service.
Even with the 15 hour time difference, she was always very quick to get back to me with answers to my many questions, and I am extremely happy with the policy that my daughter now has.

I gave them a 2-star cause if you can get a hold of anyone but Micheal Lopez on the phone its actually not a bad place. I have never felt with someone that is so rude over the phone and talks so harshly to their clients. As I’m asking questions and can’t even get the full question out before he cuts me off to start talking over me then to tell me I’m lying to him. Sorry Micheal I didn’t receive the papers in my mail. No need to be so mean!!!
This place has really gone down hill in the customer service part since Ashley left. Mostly at a place of business where there are many other places to get insurance from. Hopefully, Ryan Bishop will see this and reach out cause my husband and I have called to talk to him since this incident and Micheal keeps answering the phone and telling us he’s not there or not available. Which could be true but I find it hard to believe he’s never there.

Tanner was terrible to work with. Veiled threats, talked over me, did not listen and made my mom cry. Will change agencies. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced recently.

Sends an email to give a good review every two days. Doesn't send me my updated insurance card. Great price though.
