Just finished a training session with Mehdi. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I felt like I was working out with my friend. He was great at motivating me to help me through the sets. He gave me an assessment on my body and told me what I need to do to achieve my goals. Love the overall vibe of this place and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

I did a 1 on 1 personal training session with Mary and it went great. She is very knowledgeable and gave me an in depth assessment on the current state of my body. She told me exactly what I needed to do to achieve my goals and set out an entire plan. She was very good at motivating me and getting me through all the sets. Highly recommend

I’ve been training with Master Sylva for about 3 months now and couldn’t be happier. I wanted to learn how to life weights as an aging woman to maintain muscle but knew nothing about this. She has taught me so much. Her style is a great blend of humor, challenge, and empathy. I feel great and am making substantial with my health and vanity goals. LA Fitness Glendale is lucky to have her.

I went to sign up for a membership and Mary helped me out. I wanted to get a trainer and she helped me sign up for that as well. I was having second thoughts due to pricing but she didn’t give up on me and kept finding better prices for me. Mary was great and friendly really did her best to help me out.

After being invited to participate in a 1-on-1 personal training assessment with Royce at LA Fitness in Glendale, I was able to gain more knowledge on health and nutrition, and learned a proper way to warm-up before each future session. Do not hesitate to reach out to him, he will put his professionalism and good humor at the service of your goals. Highly recommend.

Mehdi is the best personal trainer you can find. Asks all throughout the session to make sure you’re not over exercising or under exercising. Gym is nice and clean!

This is a solid gym. It is clean and staff is friendly. I don’t have issues with parking or access to machines. The other members are nice and respectful. The price is right.

I had an incident occur with organized theft that was beyond anybody's control, and their manager was very accommodating to help me in terms of getting the security footage. They were also accommodating once when I needed to lower my membership level. I work out here multiple times a week, it's a great atmosphere, great location, great equipment, great staff, and there's also a sauna.

It is located in nice area two steps away from Americana. Parking is not a problem at all ( except weekends). Place is big and open. Very many choices of equipment. Staff is friendly. The only problem I have is I see dust everywhere, on floors & on machines. I don't wanna breath it so may be it should be cleaned more often but when there is no people around please.....
