Macy's

Been coming to this Macy's for a couple years Friendly employees that I have gotten to know over the years. Despite the fact that I have other Macy's locations closer to my home, I still would rather drive a few miles out of my way for this location.

I prefer going to this location over the one at the galleria. There's ample parking because it's less busy. The person whom helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I asked about certain scents and he knew which I'd like. I ended up with a new one and I LOVE it. It doesn't seem to last, though, but that's for a different review. Anyway, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, including parking, exchanging an item and choosing a new one...all on a Saturday at 11:30.

Love this Macys. Not over crowded so you can actually look around at everything they have to offer. All the employees at the makeup and perfume counters are great as well as most of the customer service and returns people. Everything is high quality. Love the jewlery counter which has a nice selection. There is ample parking either covered or uncovered. My go to Macys especially when they have their great sales. Plus pays to be a rewards member.

I purchased jewelry for my mom birthday. They do have a nice selection and good deals from time to time. Purchased sterling silver onyx set and a gold necklace. We took our time checking out each case since there was only one employee at the case helping someone else. After maybe 10 mins another lady helped us and we checked out fairly quickly after checking the back of the jewelry to make sure it was in good order.

I love shopping for men's clothes for myself, especially for my birthday. They always have great discounts and the staff are very helpful. Love the after Christmas deals they have.

Marcy's stores have always been one of my favorites. It seems like they know all the things I wanted to have, they sell lots of items that most of the stores nearby don't have. The place is huge and so relaxing and that is also one of the reasons why I love to shop here. Never had a bad time when I get to visit this store.

I went in to buy a gift for a toddler. I found some shorts and t-shirts that were originally $13 each. They were on sale for 599. And then I got 30% off the total price. I got a total of 3 items for a little over $13. Very cute items. The lady at the counter was very very nice😄

This is my favorite store they have everything the quality is very good , I went on Black Friday and I got very good sales they have very good customer service.

The store layout is fairly easy to figure out for ones self. They had tons of items in departments all around with prices slashed up to 50% off. I was helped out. Employees here are helpful and make great suggestions to get your shopping done in less time. I do recommend this location and store to everyone. Please be sure to stop by and check it out for yourself.

I love Macy's! They have very nice clothes and household items, all of great quality. Their sales staff are all super nice. Plus they always have great sales. It's the one of the few stores my teen son will actually spend time shopping in.

I always love going to every Macy's stores near me. They always have a wide selection of almost everything and they always have lots of stocks available for different sizes and colors like shoes and clothes which I truly love about them as they don't run out of stocks for every item or products they have. You can easily find everything here without having to go somewhere else.

Had a great shopping experience but be careful of the new employees. Had a not so satisfying experience with one of them but other than that it was great. Prices were good so much more affordable which allows for more shopping.

Brianna from Men’s Dept was incredibly helpful and kind, making my shopping experience beyond amazing. Definitely will be back to shop at Eagle Rock Macy’s.

Macy's store is one of my favorite stores in town not because they are popular but simply because they have everything I need and every individual's need. The place is very clean so it is indeed a very child-friendly place for strolling and all the workers here are very friendly and polite that they really know how to treat every customer very well and I assist in any way they could.

I went to look for a purse, I asked the man in charge of the purse department and he didn't help at all, he was looking at a mirror. I asked for help at a different department, and they paid attention their. Susan Flores who was in charge of the department, was a big help and over all, very friendly, excellent service. I wish more macy's employees were like her. :D

This is so far the most organize Macy's I have ever been and I have been to a lot :)

Good store a parking. Not as much selection as the Glendale galleria but much better parking options. So if you just need tipo do a quick return, good place to do to.

The lady Rebeca that helped me at the Lancome section was a huge help. She tool the time to explain the benifits of a product and gave me the attention i needed to make my purchase. Glad Macy's hires people like her! :)
