Read this review before they deleted, they tend to that since I saw couple reviews before that are gone. This building is not safe at all. In the 15 months that l lived there I was harass by a homeless in two occasions, we were broken into our balcony and have stuff stolen, and the last straw that made me finally move out was a gunshot in my bedroom window in the middle of the night, worth to mention my bedroom face the inside the complex and not the street so the shot had to come from inside the building. At the time of moving out the whole was still there, the glass was never replaced. All those incidents were timely repor to the manager who never moved a finger. This building is a hub for drug dealers to trash it down right into the manager's eyes and she doesn't bother to even call authorities or report such incidents.

The manager who currently manage these apartments by the name of Marie pronounce Mary is a very rude, ignorant, disrespectful individual. She felt the need to speak to my disable husband in such a unprofessional manner when she seen him parked in a disabled parking spot that does not stipulate its for tenants that reside there. My husband by law is disabled he is allowed to park there because he has a disable plaque given by the DMV issued by his doctor, he also has a hip replacement, and a stressed knee. The manager here needs to take some ADA training classes and customer service classes. Since she does not know how to speak to people that are disabled . The Housing Authority or LA County, needs to find someone better to manage the complex. This is not ok.

When I called before they closed the wait list it said that you were able to go online and put your name on the list. I did and I didn’t get that option it just said contact us is temporarily disabled and has been for a whole

Florence library was more reliable and useful than the apartments!!!
