I took my son to buy a car that he liked here, everything was going just fine till we find out that the car wasn't certified like they advertised, of course we complained about it because legally you can't advertise in offer and change it later because someone may a mistake, I do have to said that they fix the problem but not til after we complain, this are the things that dealership should fix automatically

The customer service here is abysmal. After 8 months I still haven't been able to link my phone app to my car in order to use all the features. The rep over there has made it clear he doesn't care nor wants to help. Whenever I try calling to get in touch with someone else it always rings forever and they don't have an answering machine. This makes me want to never get another Audi again.

Never vwas able to do biz with them. Both on fiat 500 and in my Alfa Romeo I had to get them from other dealers. Too gready
