Gilchrist Chevrolet has been the best place to buy a vehicle! This is our second vehicle this year we've bought from them. We were treated so well in February when we bought my husband's truck, that we had to come back and get a car for me when the engine in my Hyundai went bad. We are now the proud owners of a new 2023 GMC Denali Acadia.

Good people who were kind and fair. I told them my budget and they worked with me to find a price in my budget, there was no stress or haggling. The employees were very kind and gave me plenty of time to make my decision. I highly recommend shopping for your next car here.

We came in to window shop for a car. We weren’t planning on trading our vehicle in, but we were thankful that someone like Chloe was working that day. She was really helpful. This was the easiest experience on purchasing a vehicle that I’ve ever had. Are there places in the nation that are cheaper, yes, but do you really want to deal with the after sale of dealing with someone out of state?

I put in a mass request to multiple dealers within the region stating that I wanted to buy a 2024 Sierra Denali ultimate. This email included general managers, sales, managers, and sales people as well. I was actually taken aback to only have received three responses out of the 30 people that I had added. David S. was one of them. I had a conversation with him, told me Gilchrist, no nonsense, straightforward, customer fist approach, and decided to make the order. And Gilchrist GMC, I didn’t have to be a professional athlete in order to get any type of attention. (gotta love Brotherton in their pro athletes first approach.)

David gave me a realistic timeline, which both GMC in Gilchrist, broke by about two months. I have my truck today, was given a great deal. And mind you, they didn’t have to haggle with me on price, but did. Gave me a decent amount on trade. And treat me with respect, even today.

I am very grateful for the interaction and will be a Gilchrist customer when it comes to a Chevy or GMC for the foreseeable future

Service Department. Their mechanics are great, I haven't had any issues for years now since I started going there for work/maintenance on my car. No complaints for the workmanship of the mechanics that work there, they are just top notch, from oil changes, brakes, tires and exhaust etc. they know it all. I'm just at ease when I do business there, because I know they will do a good job

The Service Dept Rep was polite and professional. I received an update during the day on the status of the diagnostic check regarding the engine light, and was able to retrieve my truck well before closing time.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. Lizzie was an absolute treat, and listened to our needs to find something that exceeded our expectations. Our family is so thankful for the time they took to help us replace our old vehicle. Cannot recommend them enough!

Fair, honest for a dealership is hard to find these days. These guys are about the customer and not about how much money they can make. Very happy with the staff there.

I contacted the service advisor I always use Suzanne Cronin, and expressed my concern with my pickup truck. She took control of the issue made me an appointment to bring the truck in. Once I brought it in she took over and got the issue resolved. That’s the type of help I appreciate.
