I CALLED TO FIND OUT ABOUT A MACHINE I WANTED TO BUY AND ALAN WAS WONDERFUL WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY HELPFUL. LOVED THIS PLACE WHERE THEY HAVE IN STOCK THE MACHINES ONE CAN'T FIND NOWHERE ELSE. THANKS ALAN FOR THE EXCELLENT HELP, IM VERY HAPPY I GOT TO BUY MY MACHINE I WAS LOOKING FOR AND CHEAP AS WELL.

I can't get parts I need to repair our sheer a Birmingham I have emailed and talked to them. I would buy other tools and make sure cp didn't import them. I have called Birmingham dealers for parts and I am referred to them. One star is too many

Absolutely the worst at customer service. I can't get manager information even after three days of asking. I have an order that should have been shipped to me five weeks ago that still has not left their location. I will never purchase another item from this "company". I highly advise people take their time, money, and needs to any other company.
