The flowers were lovely and delivered on time. I have to mention that they didn't sign the message (even though I did on the website) so it wasn't clear that they were from me which was annoying, otherwise a great service. (also the handwriting was a bit sloppy lol)

Amazing service! I called toward the end of the day for a same-day delivery and their delivery person was already off for the day, so the very kind woman who answered the phone (Brantneé) offered to hand-deliver the flowers herself after her shift ended.

Brantneé also sent me a picture of the flowers before delivering them so I could see how they turned out. Such great customer service and gorgeous flowers. I'd highly recommend Farrah's to anyone looking for a great flower-buying experience in the Santa Monica area!

Farrah's Florist is the best! I started purchasing weekly flowers during days of the "Zoom" meeting. They were the most beautiful arrangements. Recently my Mom transitioned to heaven and Farrah's Florist stepped up beyond expectations and provided exceptional flowers for the funeral service. I can not express the gratitude in words. They can do it all! For every occasion, they are the best!

I ordered same day flowers and they were delivered immediately with 110% satisfaction! I am so happy because I spoke with Farrah on the phone and she gave me honest answers unlike most flower delivery shops. I said to her that I needed flowers delivered within the hour in Santa Monica and that I needed a orchid bouquet that said I love you and she said she would make something for me within my budget of $75 including the delivery fee. When the flowers were delivered the recipient was so happy and my last minute decision was stress free and successful! I am so happy, thank you Farrah for making this small moment in my life so rememberable!

Farrah’s is a great local option in Santa Monica. Always fresh and a lot of choices for pre-made of custom arrangements. I recently discovered them for delivery as well. Their website makes it easy to order and I have been really happy with the quality and luxury of the flowers being “as pictured”.

Farrahs called me the day before delivery asking if it was OK to substitute some of the flowers due to a lack of supply from COVID-19 restrictions, I said it was not a problem at all. When the bouquet was delivered on Mother's day morning I was blown away by the beautiful selection of flowers they made. I really appreciated them reaching out and the extra effort they made to make sure everything was just right.

VERY SATISFIED! Flowers were beautiful and the online ordering was easy. I got a call because my recipient was in the hospital and entered into the ICU. Farrahs called me and offered a cancelation or change, and I changed to be delivered to the grieving family's home. That's customer service! I recommend this place, much better than 1800FLOWERS.

Excellant customer service! I came in to get a bouquet of pink roses for my best friend and they had the perfect arrangement made. The roses were fresh and beautiful! And the gentleman from Miami who assisted me was very friendly, courteous and professional. I will be back to order more flowers here.

I stopped by here yesterday to get my grandmother some flowers for her birthday. This was my first visit & I am taking the time to write this review because I feel like Sayyid made my experience more than 5 star. I had trouble finding the place (it's to the left of Fudruckers if you're facing South) and he waved me down & waited out front for me until I got to his shop. The store is clean and has any flower I could imagine someone would want. Sayyid is very personable and makes your experience there comfortable. Without me having to ask, he also went out of his way to gift wrap the chocolates I purchased. I will definitely be back on any occasion I need flowers. Highly recommended.

Great Flower arrengements.
As a walk in customer I needed two flower arrengments for two seperate ocations.They made these two amazing arrangements for me. They had a good selection of flowers for me to choose and with the great help of their staff I had them delivered. They're truly great, reliable and reasonably priced. Over all I was very happy with them and I will certainly go back.
