Bayshore Aquarium

Beware, DO NOT ORDER from this vendor! I ordered an aquarium, came poorly packaged & completely shattered! They do not even have a phone number to contact them! Are not replying my emails! Terrible service! I am assuming that their so called "great reviews" are manufactured!

Update: Apparently owner was away & on her return completely addressed my issues, reimbursed me for damages during shipping & sent me replacements, totally satisfied!

Got the aquarium within 2 weeks. Looks much nicer in person than in photos. Everyone loves it.

I ordered 16 days ago. I have called and left several voice messages and sent 4 emails with only one response (after over a week) that stated that they do not have the aquarium I ordered in stock and offered me another aquarium. Well, I responded and asked that they ship the other aquarium. That was 4 days ago and still no response to my email or phone calls. Next step is to contact the attorney general office and my bank because at this point it seems to be some sort of fraud going on.. $654 I paid to them and can't even get a simple response of the status or non status of my order. Worst customer service I've experienced for an online order. ever.

Ordered a wall aquarium on 8/16/2017 and now it's 8/30/2017 still haven't received it. Tried to contact via email and phone for the past 7 days with no reply!!!!! Wish I could give negative stars! Can't contact anyone for a refund or to find out what's going on. Very frustrating!

Horrible customer service ever, Placed order on 11/30/2017 and still no response to emails till today(12/12/2017) It was supposed to be a Surprise gift and they dont care to respond on calls either. Disgusting Service. When we pay $ 85 for shipping we expect tracking of the shipment and for $570 wall mount tank a minimum courtesy to respond back.

Places a order a week and half ago. Still didn’t come. Emailed to find out what was going on no response.only received one email back from this company. Very poor customer service. Won’t buy from them ever again. Wouldn’t recommend them either.

This company must be out of business. All 6 phone numbers don't work. They have skip around to different cities from Costa Mesa, city of industry, to walnut Grove. Forget them !
