Rodney has lived in our boarding community for the last four years. I’ve observed him welcoming newcomers to our city and help them acclimate to a new country. He regularly takes time to help students with runs for shopping, errands and dental/medical appointments. He always goes the extra mile to help. I want someone like that helping me when it’s time to buy our first home.

They really stay on top of things and find ways of explaining the sometimes very complex parts of home buying and the strategies to getting you the best deal (whether buying or selling) which makes the whole experience a little easier on you. They do a great job of backing each other up and covering for the other if you ever run into a time when one is out or unavailable and you have any important documents or negotiations to work through. You can't go wrong with the Rodney Johnson team. Listed our town home with Rodney and he was thorough and professional and this man knew what he was doing! He told me to declutter. I went around and put away some things and started boxing up because I was moving anyway and he came back through to double check to see the progress and I proudly showed him what I had done. And he walked from Rome to room and turned to me and said do you really think you're ready and I said I think so and he then kindly but firmly showed me, from the eye of the buyer how I could have improve. Thank goodness I listened to this man. After he left I began to work harder than ever and I decluttered more and more. When I was done I didn't recognize my own home. But it sure did pay off because he was right when a buyer comes in they need be able to see their belongings in your home but they can't do that if you're home is filled with your possessions and your decor. I followed all of his advice. And by doing so we were able to get top dollar. Rodney's not out there to pick apart and criticize you by any means. He's there to help you get top dollar for your home And he knows what sells. So if you want this to work I advise you to listen to Rodney, do what he says and don't take it personally because he doesn't mean it that way. He's a very kind man and you'll see that in the end. And it's hard to believe that the world doesn't like the way you decorate. And that has nothing to do with it. Follow his instructions and you'll be happy you did I know my husband and I were.
