Still the best workout in town for women, Curves Marina Del Rey is a comfortable, clean, well loved facility. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to get stronger and feel healthier!

Curves offers a great way to make exercise a regular part of your routine. You can choose the level of workout you need, whether you need a gentle workout or want to work hard. It's a welcoming environment and we have built a community of women who support each other as we strive to improve our health.

I have been going to Curves for some time and really appreciate the love and care the staff takes with us, especially during these times. I recently came back from a trip where a lot of walking was involved. If I had not been going to Curves I could not have done half the walking I did and seen the beautiful things I did. Thank you!

So far just had consultation but I have to say, these ladies CARE about your health. They have a great circuit training with resistance and in a half hour too!!!! I am glad to be a part of curves!!!! Thank you for your great service!!!
