A little busy at first but minutes after my arrival it flowed smoothly.. waited less than 2 1/2 hrs. Perfect…the advisor very kind! The reason I bring my vehicle in every time for maintenance at Kia Cerritos

I worked with Paola to complete my purchase. I had a horrible experience at Kia of Irvine and came here instead and the difference in customer was astronomical. We were met with smiles and doors held open for us. Paola was very kind and patient as I went back and forth between the 2023 Niro and the 2024 Seltos. I ultimately went with the Seltos and she was even able to match a quote I had in writing from another dealer. I would absolutely recommend this dealer and Paola to anyone in search of a new vehicle!

Just bought a 2024 Seltos. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and new car. James was my salesman and he was fantastic. A truly genuine and knowledgeable guy. My boyfriend was impressed that he was a straight shooter and honest. He didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t want. It was a pretty quick experience. Met with Mike to do my finances and I really appreciated him as well. Again, an honest guy and down to earth. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a Kia to go to Kia of Cerritos for great service and not a pushy experience which is a huge PLUS for me. And they have a lot of inventory to choose from.

Estela is hands down the best salesperson I have worked with when buying a car. She was kind, honest, never pushy and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and helped me get the best price. As a woman, I have had some really demeaning experiences with a few pushy salesmen. I would go back to Kia of Cerritos again (everyone I spoke to was lovely). However, I would absolutely ask to work with Estela again because she was the one who orchestrated everything.

Paola Is truly the best! With an almost 4 week process she kept tabs with me and my interest in my new Kia K5 Gt-Line. Made the whole process very friendly and felt comfortable the whole way through!!

I was very impressed with the customer service that I received at Kia Cerritos. They took into consideration the hardship being without a car and having young children. My experience here was great! I just bought my first car before the holidays, both Jay and Daniel were amazing in helping me get a great deal and explained everything along the way. They were so kind and thorough which I really appreciated as a first car owner. I love the car (the 2022 Kia K5) it’s so smooth, has all the features I wanted, and looks so pretty! If you’re thinking of getting a Kia definitely come to Kia of Cerritos and ask for Jay and Daniel!

Love my Kia Optima EX.. sales and financial staff were great, the facility is really nice and comfortable. My Most pleasant car buying experience ever! And I wasn't even looking to buy a car.. ha ha :-)

Okay, this was written almost 7 years ago, not sure why it didn't post. Yes! I Am Still loving my Kia Optima EX 😁 P.S. Kia of Cerritos Service Center is the only ones I've ever allowed to do anything to my car. Very satisfied with their service.

Moe was an amazing help!
I had a bad experience with Kia in Carson earlier that day and when I came to Cerritos it was a night and day difference. Moe was super helpful and polite. He helped me with the exact model I wanted and helped me walk thru the process easily. Was very informative and such a positive experience with Kia of Cerritos.

My Mom and I were in the area to look for my next car and just checking out different vehicles. And out of all the dealerships in the area Francisco at Kia Cerritos really took his time to show me multiple cars and get to know what I was looking for. He brought out the keys to multiple cars and showed me the difference in them and was patient with all my questions compared to other dealerships in the area.
It really allowed me to fall in love with the vehicle I ended up leaving with, even though it was my first time ever looking interested in a Kia vehicle.
Going through the process and seeing my offers was the quickest I have ever experienced at a dealership.
Both Francisco and the gentleman that did our finance made us feel like they were willing to work with my mom and I.
Since I was only looking at cars that day I was short on time, I wasn’t expecting to get a car that day but ended up making a decision that day. My mom and I did have to leave and they ended up delivering my new car to my home once they were done with the paperwork.
Once home we went through the final details and Francisco showed me every feature in my new car and how to work them making me fall in love even more with my new vehicle.
I will definitely be recommending Francisco and Kia Cerritos to others based on my experience.

Charlie was my service technician when I brought my car in for an oil change on 9/2/23. He was informative and attentive and called several times to give me a status update on the car's progress. My first encounter with this service center was not a pleasant experience as the technician made me feel like an imposition of his time. I had no complaints about the technical service provided because it was an oil change and tire rotation, but I really did not want to go back to the service center due to the lack of respect and customer service; however, I'm locked in due to the service agreement that was purchased. Charlie definitely redeemed this center in my eyes ~ I wish everyone knew the value of customer service.

This dealership is exceptional. Best car purchasing experience I've ever had. Eddie was fabulous, I'll definitely ask for him again when doing business with this dealership. Outstanding.

Everyone at Kia dealership was great. Paulo in sales was super helpful & went out of her way to make the deal happen. Had no issues and on the road in our "new", used vehicle so fast. Very professional and speedy. Car looked new even though it used and runs perfectly. Very happy with the entire experience. Would definitely consider a future purchase.

I always own cars that were Ford or Chevy, but my daughter who had a 2020 Kia Forte, her lease was about to end and she wanted another Kia. We as a family went on October 15th, 2023 and the experience that we had was Amazing! Both Danny and Paul were Awesome ! They were really honest and took consideration to what we can afford on payments. Not only did my daughter exchanged her Forte but I was also able to trade-in my 2020 Ford Escape. My daughter and I are now driving the 2024 Kia Soul. My husband and I have been to other dealers in the past but this Kia of Cerritos, is the best in Southern California!!

it was great! the only problem is that I could not find the vehicle that I wanted. the choices were not that great! but we did get one I call her Blue Bird she's beautiful

Charles Kroon was the best Service Advisor I've ever worked with. He explained everything, even showed me exactly what they would be looking at, and worked with me to ensure I only had the work done that was needed and paid the best price. If you go to Kia of Cerritos ask for Charles, you won't regret it.

I came in the night before I purchased my car and was there a little after closing and I stopped Leah and she helped us even though she was getting ready to leave. She gave me her information and the next morning I came in and ended up getting my new car. She gave exceptional customer service and her patience with helping be despite being closed the night before was so appreciated. The entire process was very quick and I am loving my new 2023 Kia Sorento SX🖤
