First time here and won’t be my last, amazing service got attended by Lily, very respectful , and overall great experience.

Great shoe store and even better staff. Amazingly friendly guy working there providing customer service at the highest level.

I never write a review but I think it is important I do because of the great experience I had at this location . I ordered shoes online and unfortunately FedEx was irresponsible and delivered the package in my backyard where I was unable to see it. I finally found the shoes weeks later only to find that my dog had completely torn them up. I was sad and FedEx said they couldn't do anything about it. Luckily the manager at this Journey's was amazing and replaced them for me! I know it was not Journey's fault but I was so grateful at the costumer service they provided. I never had this experience with any other shoe store. Thank you Journey's for thinking of your customers feelings and cleaning up the mess of FedEx lol! you have a guaranteed lifetime customer

Very helpful, the sales girl was very effective, went in n out in about 5 mins and sold me on some socks.
