Atom is the best way to buy tickets, invite friends, pre-order concessions, & reserve seats at the movies. Such a great platform that's got me loving the movie-going experience again.

Although I probably won't be using this company again, I wanted to share that they resolved my issue. I was refunded for the unfortunate experience that resulted in my inability to watch Creed 3. There was a fight in the movie theater, and everyone ran for safety. The movie was only 1/2 through. They ultimately did the right thing, and I am grateful for that.

A service representative for Atom Tickets lied to me and stole my credit card information and had me put it into their system so I could claim the Mega Movie pass that was gifted to me by my company. She said she would not charge my card, but they needed one on file to set up the account. When I put my information in she immediately charged my card and roped me into a 6 month contract, which the only way I could get out of it was to cancel my card which is tied to other bills that automatically pull from that card every month, which I'd have to go back and set up on a new card all over again. I reached out to Atom Tickets several times and they ignored my request to remove my card from their system. I cannot NOT recommend this company enough. They are based out of California, so I'm not surprised by their scam tactics. I'm sure the state is desperate for money. Have a day

Purchased tickets and then had to cancel. Had them credit my account. When I went to purchase movie tickets with the account credit, I kept getting error message. Tried to call the number they give to contact says it doesn't work. Then tried the chat and the person said they can't help me they will have to escalate it to someone else. They wouldn't give me a time frame or how they would follow up. The movie will only be showing for a couple days and the tickets are going fast. However, now I am left with no tickets and I lost my money. Don't USE unless you want to lose your money and mind.

Twice we showed up to the theatre and found that the seats we had reserved were sold to another customer. Atom customer service just said it was an issue with Megaplex systems and failed to make any compensation. I’ve asked to cancel my subscription and even though they failed in allowing me to use my paid benefits are still holding me to the full subscription. Why should I continue to pay for something I’m not able to use because of a fault of theirs.

Do not purchase tickets from this service unless you really dislike the idea of insurance. Once they get your money they won't give it back even if the event doesn't happen.

The one time showing run of a movie I purchased tickets for did not take place, and Atom Tickets are refusing to refund my purchase. So now I'm dealing with banking charge disputes on top of a ruined weekend after looking forward to this for over a month.

Horrible company to deal with . I have made four times a purchase and they never find my purchase of movie tickets on their website, they are very awkward and disorganized, I had a very painful and sad customer service care. They talk to you one full day and another day they just ignore. I don't believe that this could be a google subsidiary company, if it is it is a shame. And I am trying to redeem a free google code given as a perk to me, and I can not go through with this company whatsoever called Atom tickets. it is super disappointing and embarrassing the work of this company. " Shame on you " Atom Tickets..............!!!!!!!!

Atom Tickets discriminates against customers who for various physical reasons cannot use their Atom app. Their T-mobile promotion exemplifies this discrimination offering no workarounds such as reserving the tickets that they won using their regular website.
