i went to barrington florist located in brentwood los angeles to purchase a fresh flower arrangement for my friends birthday. they did a good job on the flower delivery it got there on time. i was happy with fresh flower arrangement it looked great.

I would recommend this florist to everyone I know. They have superior customer service they did a rush flower delivery for me. The flowers looked great and good customer service too

Absolute SCAMMERS! I wanted to send my girlfriend flowers and for $50 + $20 shipping you get 10 flowers that are already dying the next day and are nothing like the pictures on their website. You cant even call them because it goes right to voice mail and the you cant even leave a message because their box is full. I'm surprised flowers even showed up at all, but if you want better flowers I would pick some weeds out the ground and then light $50 on fire and it would still be better than what was sent to my girlfriend. You would think for those prices for FLOWERS you would just do it legit.

Terrible Customer Service - do not order here! I called 5/24/21 to confirm the flowers for an arrangement were in stock - Garden Basket Arrangement. The woman who answered did not answer professionally stating the name of their business. When I inquired about the flowers - tulips, eucalyptus, and larkspur, I was told that yes, they are all in stock. We even discussed the heart shape made with the eucalyptus. On 5/25 I received a thank you text from my Sister-In-Law. The arrangement was nothing like what I ordered. I contacted Barrington and the woman said "Send me a picture, maybe we didn't have the flowers in stock." I asked for her email and she said - "Send them by text." I sent the photos and her response was - "They are pretty." I stated that I'd called the day prior to confirm all flowers were available and this was not what I ordered. Where was the heart? Where were the eucalyptus or the tulips? Instead there were Gerber daisies. She said "There is nothing I can do, we only use the freshest flowers we had." This was why I called to confirm what was available in case I needed to select an alternate arrangement. Keep in mind, this arrangement was listed under "Best of the Season." So, everything should have been available per the season. BBB Claim Submitted.

HORRIBLE experience. Terrible customer service. I called to place an order for a co-workers birthday and I was promised same-day delivery by 1:00pm. It is almost 4:30pm and the flowers still have not been delivered. I have called several times requesting a delivery status update, and have been blown off with the following statements: "They've been delivered" (Nope) and "The driver isn't reachable." and "The driver has not come back with the delivery signatures yet." "His cell phone is out of charge." "He should be there any minute...we had to deliver for a large event." Completely unacceptable. I spent $150 on this floral order ($184 including delivery and tax), and I want my money back so that I can take my business elsewhere. DO NOT order from this shop.

I have never wrote a review in my life, but this place deserves one. I ordered some flowers for an anticipated mother's day. I asked them whether they could commit to an early morning delivery as it was all part of a surprise plan I had for my wife. On Sunday, they never showed up and when I called them, they initially said it was going to be a matter of minutes. Then, two hours after they started lieing saying the delivery guy had a flat tire. They were super rude on the phone and totally unhelpful.
My vloekers eventually arrived int he afternoon. They were half dead and just a few tulips which I ended paying $75.

I cannot fathom why anyone would try and operate a scam like this in the digital age. Flowers were ordered via Valetine Flowers Brentwood, to deliver to my address this morning. Receipt came from Barrington Florist. My boyfriend called at least fives times and was told that a) I was not home after several delivery attempts b) they could not reach me. $121 charged to his card. I called and was hung up on when they realized I was local. I get a call back 20 minutes later saying they are about to deliver. Its 8:50 PM. Some guy shows up at my door with some fugly attempt of an arrangement that looked like it was picked from my neighbor's garden. Oh I was told the ordered was being fulfilled by "John's Flowers" this time. I refused the order and sent these messages to the following numbers. SCAM

This could very well be the worst customer service I have experienced purchasing anything in my life. Anyone who has awarded this over 1 star likely works there as it is a complete and utter fraud. I paid $110 for literally nothing and tried to hand it back as soon as it was put in my hands. They said I had already paid for it, and I would need to talk to the owner. The owner then told me that because I did not attempt to return it on the spot, it was no longer possible. The lady on the phone when you call has the nastiest attitude and will hang up on you at any time.

I read similar reviews and thought, "Oh, well its just a flower shop and they do on-demand delivery, how bad could my experience be." I was so very wrong.

Dreadful place to buy flowers. Wanted to surprise my fiancee with some flowers on Valentines Day. These mediocres didn't show up to deliver what I had paid for called them 5 times and would provide me with bogus excuses. I wasn't going to wait for them an eternity to deliver the flowers. Don't rely on them as they will do the same to you. Funeral arrangements, wedding arrangements or for anything, don't trust them you will be sorry!!! You will find it will worth it to pay a little more somewhere else than to deal with these idiots that dont know how to run a business!!

Worst experience ever in my life with a florist.....poor in every way and grossly overcharged. I chose a place close to the destination for delivery. I should have read the reviews first. Don't make the same mistake I did. Went to the address listed to attempt to return and the location listed does not exist! They hung up on me when I asked for directions! I just checked the credit card charge and it is from a different company located in New York....2,790 miles away.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! My kids ordered and paid for flowers for Mother’s Day with a pick up between 11:00-12:00. My daughter goes there at 12:00 and is told it’s not ready. Come back at 4:00. Really are you kidding me! You gave us that pick up time and on top of that Tania who works there is EXTREMELY RUDE! Then she tells my daughter to go somewhere else! On freakin Mother’s Day. BARRINGTON FLORIST YOU SUCK!!!

DO NOT BUY from this florist. They completely dropped the ball on my order and never delivered it, and their customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. And it's almost impossible to get ahold of them.

This is the worst flower shop I have ever ordered from I ordered on line at 9.00 am in the morning the flowers arrived after 9.00 pm at night completley the wrong arrangement that I orded the customer service is horrible no one spoke english I called over 6 TIMES to find out when they would be delivered no clue ! THEN WHEN THEY DO ARRIVE TO MY PARTNERS HOME They look like they were bought at a 7/11 store on the way ! these people should not be in business
