West Hollywood Park

West Hollywood Park offers a fantastic atmosphere! However, the lighting could use some improvement. The park currently uses an ultra-bright light powered by a generator, which is overwhelmingly bright and directly intrusive. It’s bright enough to light up a soccer field! A better choice would be softer, garden-style low lights and spotlights to enhance the natural beauty of the space. The magnificent tree in the park, in particular, deserves its own spotlight to highlight its splendor. On the plus side, there's ample and accessible parking, and the location is conveniently adjacent to both the aquatic park and the library.

Superb little park for kids. It's surrounded by a public library, tennis courts, a swim center, basketball courts and a large grass area for hanging out. If you're lucky, you might even catch Brad Pitt headed out of the design center nearby. 😀

When visiting West Hollywood Park during the WEHO Pride Music Festival, which took place on the first weekend of Pride Month, the experience was excellent not only because of the venue but also how the park is perfect for large-scale events in a community like West Hollywood. It's a beautiful, welcoming park with several amenities that's easily accessible from Santa Monica and Melrose Blvds from the north and south.

Cool playground with a clean bathroom and some new features. Our 3 and 6 year old had a blast. It’s nice that there are sun shades and lights on in the evening. It’s worth a stop although it’s quite hard to find cheap parking nearby.

Small park, but it’s clean/well maintained and everyone I’ve encountered here have been nice and courteous. They have separate small and large dog sections. Great place to take my little dog Rudy!

Excellent location. Easy to get to. Excellent courts for tennis and paddle board. Huge Olympic size swimming pool.

I live in West Hollywood so it's 10 minutes to drive but it's completely worth it. Parking is free for the first hour and second hour is free with validation. There is two dog parks in between the basketball courts; one for small dogs and one for big dogs. The parks are always clean, owners and dogs are friendly, stocked with poop bags and equipped with a clean water fountain!

The park is nice, but I am mainly reviewing the dog park, which is the BEST! When I see huge dog parks, I usually think that it's going to be so great with so much room for the dogs to run around. Now I know a smaller park like this one is better - the dogs have no choice but to get caught up in the action. Our pup gets at least twice the play than any other dog park we've been to. I also didn't think astroturf would work, but people are really good a out picking up after their dogs, and it's always clean. There are separate parks for big and small/shy dogs.

I enjoy walking through this park on my way to Santa Monica Blvd. It’s well lit, has nice landscaping and even an enclosed section for dogs to run around. There’s also a basketball court if that’s your thing. A clean bathroom is available if you’re driving home and don’t want to use one in a restaurant.

Both the small and large dog parks are well-maintained but are on the small side. Location is close to all the West Hollywood action in Santa Monica Blvd. Ample seating for dog owners

I Love the park! I went for a friends baby shower and had a great time.

They were able to rent some space and there was an outdoor baby shower of about 50 or so people.

The bathrooms located throughout were very clean and easily accessible.

I would recommend to go for a nice day or to host a party.

Great little dog park. I love that it is open later (closes at midnight) then most dog parks in the vicinity. It has good lighting and artificial turf which is kept immaculately clean and in great condition. Parking is easy to find and the park is in an easily accessible location.

This is one of the best parks I've been to, great for events, birthdays, gatherings. It'd also connected to the library so you have plenty of things to do in the area.

Pretty good dog park that has turf grass and always a good amount of puppers roaming around. Great location, usually finding free parking can be a challenge but there is a garage close by. Not always the cleanest

Amazing playground. Fantastic pool, excellent library with great service and awesome ambiance over all!! Just love it!!
