Quality Inn Rosemead-Los Angeles

I started here for an extended stay of 3 weeks in November and December. The hotel is lacking in some places. There is no guest laundry, no pool, and snack options are extremely limited. However, what the hotel lacks in amenities is more than made up for by the exceptional staff. Somehow they managed to find the nicest people in LA and hire them. Housekeeping staff are the most efficient and considerate hotel housekeepers I've met. They have a great team working there right now, and since I stayed for so long, I think I delt with all of them. I met 4 front desk staff, and all of them were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to fulfill every request I had. Spoon? Yes. Coffee? Yes. Later check out? Yes. Extra towel? Yes. They look for ways to say yes to every request made by a guest, and that kind of service is greatly appreciated! They earn 5 stars in my book, and I would recommend them to my family and friends, in spite of the lack of some amenities.
As for the room, the bed was extremely comfortable, with 5 fluffy pillows. Furniture was clean and comfortable. The room had a pleasant clean smell. There were some minor maintenance issues like a bathroom tile that had a crack in the grout, but this is nothing that impacted my comfort. I'm sure it's been fixed by now.
The location is a quick 10 minute drive on the freeway to the heart of LA. It's right by the entrance to the freeway, but far enough away that you don't hear it. It's right by a shopping center with a Target and multiple restaurants. I rented a car, but if you Uber, it will be relatively affordable to get around from this hotel.

WOW our church group stayed at this property for 5 days and everything was perfect. The front desk staff is professional and it's a direct reflection of their General Manager Kendrick. In addition the rooms are spacious and very clean along with the commons area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're looking for a hotel your search should stop here.

I recently just stayed with quality inn rosemead I am a Elite Diamond member with choice hotels. Check- in was fast no hassle at all besides online it says $150 for cash paying guest and when I arrived I paid by card and had to put this deposit down still. Upon checking into my first room it had a bad smell and when I opened the fridge their was spoiled produce. I expressed my concern to the front desk lady and she quickly changed my room into a clean room although the fridge did not have bad produce it smelled quite a bit. Overall, This is a great place to stay for business or even leisure. Housekeeping could be a bit more friendly they kinda just stare and aren't very attentive to stay over guests even tho Covid is present I believe it shouldn't just feel like ghost valley. Very nice, we had a lovely time. We spent most of the day out in LA, but we all agreed it was nice, Grandma and the kids liked their room, the sofa bed worked out, everyone slept great. Friendly staff, good job guys. Thank you

I cannot express how much "QUALITY" customer service ANTHONY (@front desk) brings to the table. He is politely humorous, sweet, very approachable while keeping it 💯 and very professional. We ❤ our stays here at the Quality Inn located in Rosemead. Just wish there was some aquatics available.

Great hotel. Staff are attentive and rooms are spacious and updated. I left my toiletries in my room, including an expensive trimmer, and staff were more than happy to send it back. Thank you Quality Inn!

Very nice place, great staff but Sandra that works at the front desk is really rude to kids and very disrespectful. She does not deserve to work in an establishment such as the quality inn. I think she needs a boyfriend because she’s very unhappy...

Nice hotel!!

Very spacious and nicely located in Rosemead. Used my Choice Privelege Points which only required 16K!! Compared to most other hotels, this is VERY LOW!!! Check-in literally took less than a minute, never had that happen!!!

This Quality Inn is near to the Chinese area in San Gabriel Valley. I stayed here overnight while visiting. The rooms were clean and tidy. Everything was in working order. half the rooms face Valley Blvd and can be somewhat loud because of traffic noises.

Big rooms, beds are plush, and very comfortable. Bathrooms HAVE EXAUGHST FANS. The shower is good size and great presure. Service is wonderful. 10/10

Service was good. The rooms were good for the price. They allowed a 1 hr extension on checking out

Trash left over and did not have extra sheets for the sofa bed and shower was dirty.

Nice and clean love the mini fridge and microwave they also give hot breakfast 😋

Very comfortable and the price is reasonable. Clean rooms and they have a nice continental breakfast.
