Umebana (Old Maki yaki)

Got Baked Salmon and volcano baked roll. Both baked to perfection. Staff is super friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I did a pick up order at the end of the night so restaurant was empty as it 5 mins before closing but they were still super patient and friendly. Highly recommend this place

You know it's gonna be good when they have to use a rubber band to keep the container closed! The karaage and miso are delicious.

This place is fantastic. During my first time here, an employee greeted us, and overall they were very friendly. They value every customer. I ate a beef teriyaki bento box, and it’s a well-priced meal, and you get lots of food from it. The food was fresh and ready to eat. I would love to eat here again.

Overall - friendly staff, air conditioning, and a clean casual dining spot. I ordered the small chicken teriyaki bowl and the Thai iced tea. 🧋Both were good, but more broccoli would have been nice. 🥦
I dined in a while my car was being repaired, So I was there for a time. The person at the front counter greeted everyone who walked in with a smile.

Extremely fresh and prepared quickly. Many times I've ordered last minute around 8:30 (closing time is 9pm) but they were always happy to accommodate (the kitchen closes at 8:45). Highly recommend the Alaskan roll and Hawaiian roll, the regular staples of any sushi place but always done right at this restaurant.

I don't normally eat sushi but I was hungry and loved their sushi. I also tried the biba milk tea. Both are good. Service was really really quick and outstanding.

They have the best rolls and the place is cute and very clean. Whenever I'm close to this city its my spot to go.

Very fresh and tasty. My favorite is usually the chicken teriyaki bento box 🍱. This time, I tried the tofu bento box, and my brother had the beef teriyaki bento box. Both were absolutely exquisite!😋 Our server was very pleasant, and she went above and beyond.❤

The only thing I would change is the music from the 70s & 80s Era to jazz because the restaurant is very clean, smooth, family oriented, and could be romantic, as well. A must try regardless!🥢🍱🍴😋

Any karaage fans out there? You won't be disappointed with Umebana's plate. I went with a friend and we were both pleasantly surprised by the flavor, quality, and generosity of portion here. I normally lunch at Janet's Mediterranean at this location, but I have always wanted to try Umebana. I had that chance today, and after enjoying the food, I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Karaage is a type of fried chicken, Japanese style. They are served in bite-size pieces, which have a great outside crunch with a juicy meatiness inside. The seasoning was on point! The plate came with a good variety of tempura. The delicate light batter with a crisp texture was perfect. Sauces and dressings were all delicious. Give them a shot and suppory your local small business!

Great family-run sushi spot!

Decided to try some place new instead of the usual and it was so worth it coming here! So many options to choose from and fairly priced. The food and customer service is amazing will definitely be coming back soon!

This was the first place we stopped when moving into town and we were very impressed! Their tempura and miso soup are exceptional!
