7-Eleven

I visited this 7-11 store very late after work one night and feeling a bit angry ..but the guy at the counter, who was busy mopping, stopped to greet me with a huge smile and a friendly hello as I walked through the door that it just instantly fixed my mood. I think his name was Kenny. It very often goes unnoticed these rare individuals and how their customer service really does make a difference for a customer like me. I will be returning again.Thanks again!

Well my goodness! Now that I have a couple hundred points, my app doesn’t work!!
I cannot sign in!! It bumped me!! It will take nothing of my information!! It wi not let me use my points! This is so crooked!
Beware people 7-11 will bump you so you cannot redeem your points!!
And I stopped in and of course the machines weren’t working lol.
Sept. 5, 2023 - Well machines still broken, no fresh coffee and NO Large cups. You have to pay for ex-large.
This store sucks. Upper management needs to come in and help. Dep does nothing.
Dep the owner needs to hire new people or have a talk.
Over 24 hours ago and now the nice new espresso machines were still not working. “Need Cleaning” Obviously some of his employees don’t want to clean the machines or work. One guy yesterday was just staring down on his phone. I had to get his attention twice.
Not sure how clean or fresh this place is.

two guys who are usually there always stare at my chest without fail. the other workers are hella rude
Edit: Wow, after all these years they're still ripping people off! they never honor ANY of their sales and will add new things when you check out. this is insane, they laugh when you bring it up. do NOT come here!! there's one up the street, save yourself the trouble

The owner is a scammer and very rude.

Selling $1.50 Ramen for $3-4, always trying to charge extra for card transaction.

There were no paper bag for donuts one time (which is fine) so he gave me a plastic bag. And then I've purchase other products which he puts in the same bag that has donuts. The bags are literally 5 cents man. What a rude and disgusting personal he is.

Always looking at Asian or black neighbors like we are going to steal. Always asking if we are going to oay cash or card so he can secretly charge extra. Don't make money like that you disgusting man.

Beware of 711 ATM Huntington & Highland, Stealing peoples information. I came across a camera faceplate above the number pad on the atm. Super sketchy. The manager seemed to know it was there. Avoid. Checked the atm and the original panel was back on. Make sure to Check the upper panel above the numeric pad to be sure they didn't put the camera back to record you typing in your PIN. the manager is in on this with the ATM vendors.

If there was ever a business that deserves 0 stars, it's this store. Even though I live walking distance, I will drive down the way to the other 7-11 on Huntington because the customer service at this location is consistently terrible. Being pressed for time this AM, I went in for coffee and immediately regretted the decision. All the coffee decanters were empty, so I headed for the door. The clerk at the counter asked if I was leaving because the coffee was empty, which I confirmed. He yelled that it wasn't his fault what's he supposed to do he's all alone... He raised his voice at me for being out of coffee!

Someone buzz me when this store is under new management. I really like 7-11 franchises but this location makes me want to switch to AMPM!

I was trying to buy some lottery tickets and I was told by the associate that I needed to get something else or something small to be able to purchase lotto tickets. I told associate that I've never been told that at that location before. He mentioned that it started yesterday. So I left. I will contact Better Business bureau about situation of them pushing customers to buy something else in order to buy lottery tickets.

They get zero stars with their rude @$$ employees, always accusing people of stealing and threw my son out the store because he had the hiccups, who does that? The floors are filthy and the short night clerk is a creepy perv always undressing you with his eyes!!!! Go to the Las Lomas store further down Huntington drive, they are welcoming and courteous to ALL their customers.

The old fat man that usually works here is very rude. It's almost like he goes out of his way to be rude. I don't like coming to this store

Worst store ever sold me 2 defective products and don't wanna xchange or give money back

Friendly workers...but the Lady she owns the place is very unfriendly and very rude... I try not to give her my business I go out of my way to spend my money somewhere else...
