I find their services, attention to detail and overall professionalism to be top notch. We have had all kinds of rugs cleaned (silk, silk/wool, all wool) including some really thick pile product. I found Thomas Rug Cleaning on Yelp. I was having my floors redone and wanted my rugs to look great, and decided to splurge. They are not inexpensive, but when I spoke to them I loved hearing about their unique cleaning process, akin to bathing the rugs versus running a steam cleaner over them. My arts and crafts rug is brighter and amazing. I still need to unroll the Jute rug, but trust that it was bathed and truly cleaned throughout! Very pleased that I treated myself to this service because my arts and crafts living room rug is a centerpiece and now TRULY so!

Thomas Rug staff were helpful to understand what exactly I had inherited and how to store and take care of them. I had three rugs cleaned (both wool and silk). I was a little nervous due to the age of one of the rugs. The cleaning job was really, really good. They were ready when promised. Priced well too. We have had several rugs cleaned and repaired here over last twenty years or so.. Always great work at a reasonable price. Several years ago, One of our rugs from the 1940s had some bad moth damage and the representative said that they could have someone re-weave the damaged areas but the repairs would cost more than the rug was worth. He recommended we clean and moth-proof the rug and use the rug in such a location that the damage was not obvious. So, that is what we did. We really appreciate Thomas Rug Cleaning.

I have to say that I was surprised at the level of professionalism my experience has been.from start to finish even the guys that picked up and delivered the rugs were amazing. Truly. My dog soiled one of the rugs pretty badly and they put it through the wash 3 times came back like new. Every deadline they gave me held true. Any questions were promptly answered I have no reservation in saying these guys were excellent.

Thomas Rug is the place to go!!! I purchased a Soumak internationally and was told by seller that my new rug would be cleaned and ready for its new home. When it arrived, it was not clean. A disappointment. Being somewhat new to the Persian rug industry, Eric at Thomas assured me that they could clean the rug. They did!!! We just had two high pile Morocco rugs cleaned and I'm ASTOUNDED by how good they look. Especially our white rug- I've never seen it look so good! We've had it cleaned at other places and it never looked even close to this - it's spotless, fluffy and gorgeous. We've just been rolling around on it for days. I'll never go anywhere else for rug cleaning- this is the place!!

I have used Thomas Rug Cleaning for years and they always do extremely good work. I have some rugs that are more delicate and can’t be cleaned in situ (like hemp) so I trust Thomas’ to do the job well. They are responsive and professional, and are also competitively priced. They have cleaned some serious messes I have had, like pet accidents, and I have been amazed at the result! I highly recommend them!

We have had two beautiful rugs for many years. Over time they have faded, been stained and "professionally" cleaned. We just got them back them Thomas and they are like new. Stains, which we thought were permanent, are gone. Colors which had faded are vibrant. We didn't think this was possible. They do an amazing job.
