2530 Glendale Blvd CVS - Pharmacy is excellent. Eric the Pharmacist Tech and the Pharmacist friendly courteous professional and went out of their way to make our COVID testing happen. Excellent service. Makes me want to come again.

I was in the process of switching insurance and needed to urgently fill a prescription despite not having my new insurance card yet. I paid out of pocket and came back a week later with my insurance card and they were able to refund my card! God bless.

I love this pharmacy they are quick, friendly, and have great costumer service they truly care about their costumers. Always satisfied. I am only rating the back pharmacy the store costumer service needs some improvement done staff are rude and don’t greet or treat costumers as they should.

Great place! Had so many great options from trending brands everything you needed was there and totally affordable and stocked! The staff is all every kind especially Elizabeth who made us laugh and was super knowledgeable and friendly! If you want to leave somewhere happier then you came in go to this CVS!!

excellent stock and service! Always feel good about my experience at this CVS. The service is always prompt and friendly. What more could you ask for. I have been going to this CVS--once a month or so--for the past 12 years. Tonight I just realized how well this store is run after having had excellent, old-fashioned, professional service from Franklyn. Imagine the great service these folks have provided in the past few Covid years, people stumbling in all hours of the day and night, bleary eyed, suffering, and in need of comfort. I for one am truly grateful! Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

I would not typically leave a review for a retail pharmacy on Google, until there was a national shortage of my medication, and Jude in the pharmacy took the time to help me out. He knew that I hadn't had my medications in weeks. He gave me a breakdown of alternatives that he had in stock, including the brand name (instead of the generic) of my medication. He advised me to call my pharmacy benefits manager and ask for a one time exception to the rule. In the end, they were willing to do this and Jude and his team filled my prescription the same day. This may not seem like a big deal, but most retail pharmacies I called were not willing to spend the time Jude did helping me out in the midst of this shortage. I live in Silver Lake and as a local and a healthcare professional I'm happy to know we have such a great pharmacy close by.

CVS on Glendale boulevard is my go to pharmacy primarily because of the excellent customer service. We are always greeted with a smile by Elizabeth who is the heart of the store and the pharmacy staff lead by Vi are awesome! I am so thankful for their hard work and kindness. It feels like a small run business even though it is a major chain.

Liz is a gem. She always welcomes me with a smile, and that's what makes the difference. CVS is so lucky to have such a helpful professional. My neighbors and I think she is the very best!

I used to go to any ol’ drugstore that was convenient, but honestly, now I go out of my way to shop at CVS Silverlake. Elizabeth my favorite cashier, is helpful with utilizing their coupons, and greets my elderly father by name every time! They have a great selection of the products I have to buy again and again. I’m sick of making a trip and finding someone’s out of what I want. Somehow Silverlake has better inventory and selection, and I’m always getting 40% off coupons, which comes in damn handy. I like having a “homebase” store, and Silverlake is it.

UPDATED MAY 11/23 Liz is still my favorite! This store always has what I need. And they seem to be addressing the long checkout lines with helpful staff.

Maybe everyone is right. High prices. Long lines. But, my favourite cashier is Elizabeth! She brightens my day, is always super helpful and sweet! And regardless, it’s wayyyy better than Sunset/ Echo Park Walgreens.

I made an appointment for my COVID-19 vaccine which they give moderna brand. The experience was fast and easy. Checked in, waited and then got my vaccine in a private room next to the pharmacy. Once I had 15 min to wait, I got my card and went on my way to do some shopping. Employees are attentive to ask if you need help. People are dramatic when it comes to giving a bad score at this spot.

I had a great experience here and can truly say this place was run more efficiently than any other "big name " pharms out there. Totally courteous, helpful staff, and even though their system was down they did everything possible to make the process a painless one.

Believe me, they are absolutely head and shoulders above places like Rock-n-Roll Ralphs pharmacy, those dudes are rude, sneaky, obnoxious, and have less than zero customer service skills. It actually angers me that this CVS has such negative reviews when it's so clear that every single one of the folks behind the counter were busting their butts and still had the ability to be kind and pleasant.

I use this CVS regularly and love it. They are responsible and helpful - the night manager helped me one night when their app wasn't working for me. All around good experiences.

Pharmacy is awesome and if they dont have what you need, they tell you where you can get it. a neighborhood gem, always there when i need them.

According to my experience everybody was so helpful and kind, also they were patient to help me to buy a money order in others stores ,because they didn't have it again thank you so much.

Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me out, it was refreshing to get good customer service.

This is for the pharmacy, They are the best that I can find around town. Everyone is very helpful, they are open 24hrs and they have a large staff so waiting times are minimal.
