Baltaire Restaurant

This is a beautifully stunning & very loud restaurant. Thankfully, we got seated on the outskirts but still the volume was intense. If, this is your kind of scene then this is the place to visit.

The food we ordered was absolutely amazing. Fresh, tasty & of quality. Great place to share plates. Menu provided plenty of options for every palette.

Desserts were pretty good but I was disappointed in the mango & raspberry sorbet. The mandarin was refreshing.

Cocktails were too strong I thought but others like 1 and done. The flavor profiles were nice.

Staff were super friendly & playful. Service was great!

The service was amazing! Loved the atmosphere! The food was good but very pricey! I would recommend it for special events like birthdays, anniversaries or anytime that you don’t mind spending a few hundred bucks on just a piece of stakes!

Really great service and the vibes were 10/10. Great crowd and amazing DJ for sure. Also everyone working there was very nice and made it a great experience. We were 2 people so the appetizers were adjusted for our party size but the citrus salad was just 4 pieces of oranges on a plate which I attached a picture of. I was just confused because it was $85 per person so I feel like we should have got more than this, we honestly laughed a little when we saw it because of how wimpy the presentation was but nonetheless it was a great brunch experience.

Went for brunch and it was fantastic! Such a great vibe and atmosphere, the DJ was playing excellent music as well. I love the family style options so you can try a little bit of everything. Perfect for a big group, will be coming again.

Went to brunch at Baltaire and was blown away by the experience. Some highlights, Bloody Mary cart, warm zucchini bread as a starter, the filet Benedict and the cinnamon roll for dessert. There was a dj and a really fun vibe, 10/10.

Sunday brunch is AMAZING! The decor is very bright and inviting with some upscale accents, white tablecloths, open kitchen & live dj. Our server Danielle(?) was gave detailed explanations of the dishes, very attentive and anything we wanted came out FAST. Food was delicious, seasoned well, very nice portions and at least 3 shareable items before we even had entrees, which is impressive for $85 in this area. There are lots of options for cocktails & wine, but I was really surprised to see juice offerings (I had the passionfruit, guava one). I was expecting a stuff atmosphere given the area, but between the dj, decor & diners, it was a total vibe. Valet is right out front but street parking both paid and metered is available if you don't mind a brief walk. Superior service👌🏾& great food - book a resy here and enjoy yourself!

Great food, service, and location. Room is very open, with tables spaced for intimacy. Very attractive bar area as well. We arrived for a late lunch and there was only a small crowd.

Greg took amazing care of us, being very attentive and accommodating.

Everything we had was outstanding!

Started with the Biratta with heirloom tomatoes.

For our entrée we had the steak sandwich and a special, a ribeye medallion and shared an order of Brussel sprouts.

Dude - this was the best Brussel sprouts we've ever had.

Desert was a bourbon croissant bread pudding with homemade croissants, and a butter scotch pot de creme - a multilayed flan type dessert.

Greg made a great recommendation on a dry Riesling that the wife very much enjoyed.

This is a great place. Very happy we found this place, and would strongly recommend it.

Always the best food, coctails, live music, atmosphere and people. I live next to Baltaire and I’m here at least 2 per month. One of the best restaurant in LA for sure the best in Brentwood. You have to try Brunch they just started with sunday brunch for sure one of the best Sunday Brunch in US. See you there:)

Definitely a must!

This place is buzzing at dinner time. Its dimly lit but spacious and lively with live jazzy tunes on Friday nights. We reserved one of their rooms for a more intimate experience but could still listen to the live music and enjoy the ambiance. The staff was great and helpful, the room was beautiful with a large wine cellar. The food was exquisite, their specialty drinks were amazing (the Old Fashion was one of the best I’ve tried!), and the dessert did not disappoint.

This is the perfect place for a special night out, romantic date, or upscale celebratory gatherings.

This is a really chic experience. The hosts are professional when you first arrive I have only sat in the bar area. The bartenders are professional, friendly and skilled. The manager came by and checked how we were enjoying everything. Even though it is high end with excellent design, it still feels inviting and relaxed. The food is 5 star excellent. Looking forward to my next visit.

Baltaire is my favorite restaurant in Brentwood. The ambiance, the food, the service is all fantastic. Their craft cocktails are to die for and the dessert makes them even better. Highly recommend the artichokes and salmon crispy rice, you can’t go wrong with steak or fish & you HAVE to get the mac&cheese. My family & friends love baltaire for dinner or to just sit at the bar for apps!

Amazing dinner at Baltaire. I took the bone steak and the cook was just perfect. One of the best cave in LA with many great wines from all over the world. The staff is Nice and smiling, fancy atmosphere but not too much.

We are so fortunate to have this amazing place just a few minutes away from home. When we think about celebration, Baltaire is one of our favorite places. Ideal for those who want a romantic night out. The atmosphere is elegantly charming, the ambiance is lovely with soft enchanting music, the service we received is efficient and excellent, and the staff genuinely cares about our experience. They made us feel welcomed and gave us great recommendations, truly a memorable time we had here. Fantastic cocktails, delicious food, and delightful desserts. Wine menu is extensive and curated particularly high standards. I am pleased with the overall experience here, from stunning presentation, interior design of dining venue, cleanliness, to the warmth & attentiveness of the people. My partner and I love this restaurant and would be happy to come back here again and again. 💙 Thank you for having us!

This restaurant has it all. For starters; Octopus, not one of my favorite choices, was smoked to perfection, scrumptious crab cakes, and lollipop lamb chops that were superb. Great wine and cocktails. Without a doubt, one of the best service experiences I can remember. The rib-eye steak and seafood was fabulous. Mashed potatoes and creamed spinach to die for. Beignets with 3 sauces, cheese cake, and your blood sugar will spike. Great ambiance, beautiful people, interesting people watching, and the bill will reflect every penny so be prepared!!! Take advantage of the valet as it is reasonable for Brentwood and street parking is scarce.

I don’t give high praise often, but these guys killed it! They actually had the wines on the wine list. The service was outstanding. The food was amazing and fast. The scene was prime!

An all around excellent evening. Can’t wait to go back.

I attended a corporate dinner with 25 people so my experience was not your traditional dinning event. I think sometimes rating or reviewing Michelin stared restaurants is a little dicey. I mean a professional Michelin person went here and decided it was worthy of a star what is a normal dinner like me going to add? Anyway very nice restaurant, great food from what I was exposed to, I would like to go back and experience a traditional dinner at some point we had a limited menu. I ordered an Old Fashion Cocktail that had a smoked glass which if you like Old Fashions was a nice touch. Rib eye steak was what I expected from this type of establishment sides were also very nice. The service was spot on even with a larger party they had additional staff help service so everyone had their meals down within about a minute of each other. These are the little nuances that make a good restaurant great. If you have the means to try this place I doubt you will be disappointed. Disclaimer, don't go here if you have a budget, it's a little expensive...... :-)

To use a baseballism this place is a grand slam. The onion soup is the best I've had in quite some time , shared two dishes the crab cakes and scallops and I had a hard time deciding which I liked better. My coffee was deliciously robust and those beingets a touch of heaven. Bravo well done.

One of the best restaurants I've been to in LA. Everything that I tried was exceptional. From grilled jumbo artichokes to the lamb chops. Great selection of wines. As a bonus, there's a high chance to see an actor.
