Ross Dress for Less

I know Ross is a mixed bag of experiences but imma give 5 stars because everything went as expected.
I usually shop Monday or Wednesday but I came on a Sunday today even though I know— it’s like the day before stocks— and yeah a lot of merchandise I would usually be interested in: bags or shoes were pretty empty. There were no socks left out there😂
But I love February!! Because it’s such a good time to buy dresses for occasions. Ppl shopping for prom— omg go now lol, such cute long sequins dresses are there.
Stuff I usually don’t get here is the jewelry, wallets, or dressy* outerwear cuz they all kinda look all the same and don’t really flatter me.

BUT ANYWAYS— I’ve overtime enjoyed the stock at this location. There’s always usually a few good dresses here and there(I’ve bought like two performance dresses and some cute casual dresses), some decent CK under garments, comfy socks, cute bags(I saw legit coach medium large tote bags today and wanted them so badly— but leaving it for ppl who actually want to use them!) good amount of activewear: but that’s every Ross imo
they have good houseware stuff(everything under the sun, mats for your bathroom, your dog, your table,etc, pillows galore): but omg the good mugs/bowls is so so good. Glassware is *chefs kiss*
Menswear: being patient and sifting through everything in the shirts is a must. But they have a lottaaaa shoes in stock.
I’ve never tried their food items but: they always stock up cute and tasty stuff! (Hello,Kitty ChocoPie??!)

Man idk who works noon-afternoon on Sundays but those cashiers were so fast at the check out! And I appreciate that because sometimes the line can be long but they also maintained super polite custom service ✅

Mondays are a day to go. It’s never busy and there’s a lot of products that are new from the weekend. They’ve restocked overnight plenty of parking and not the regular traffic that Ross usually sees other places.

Ross is the "Gap" store for Tjmax and Marshall, it has items that only Ross has with great value. i.e. I found a 36" by 48" blank canvas for $16.99 which it normally costs over $40 and even more at Michael's. I shop at Ross once every 2 weeks for "Gap" items with great values.

When I need something, I often find a few more great things. Staff is very helpful. I was very fortunate to find Reef sandals for a huge savings from other sources, including Amazon. You never know what you can find if you are patient. Also they offer seniors 10% discount on Tuesdays, but you must ask for it.

Overall good store, neat, good customer service, bathrooms available and free parking structure

Cool location and very organized one.

Nice indoor parking garage and there has always been spaces available when I have visited at night. Great place to pickup some cheap home goods.

Went into the Ross and the cashier Bertha was professional friendly and suggestive. Genuinely seemed she wanted to help. Really nice touch to the end of my night. I should also mention she was veryyy patient not just with me but with a women who was a bit irate. Thanks Bertha! You were great!

Manager Sandra was also very sweet and appreciative of my compliments of Bertha.

Easy free parking and access to the store. Always leave the store with more than I intended. Two levels. Men's/kids on bottom floor.

Parking is plentiful. Signal light makes it easy to turn left as you exit structure. Items in the store move quickly. Associates ate helpful.

The cleanest Ross around! Well organized, helpful employees, bathroom for customers, wide selection of clothes toys and home goods. Thanks for great service and prices always!

I have been going to this Ross for 4 years and it doesn't disappoint. Very good selection of clothes and footwear here. Workers are friendly. Security always greets you. The only problem with this Ross is their elevator is very slow and sometimes out of order.

My wife my daughter and myself while visiting Venice Beach and Santa Monica decided after a 2000 mile road trip we wanted some fresh clothing. If you know Ross you know Ross is amazing for great deals I bought six gorgeous button-down designer shirts that range in price from 60 to $100 a piece for $12.99 each. I bought flip flops that in any regular store would have cost 50 bucks made by Tommy Hilfiger for $15. This Ross location was chock full of beautiful stuff at a great deal.

Pretty good Ross. Friendly staff. Store could use organization. I'm sure they don't have enough employees.

Looking for rugs.They do have a really nice home department downstairs.I have bought really great towels and a wonderful desk lamp.Of course the clothes are very nice.Do need time to go through all of the choices.

Had an enjoyable time shopping at these Ross stores in Los Angeles. Live in northern California.... The whole time, I was thinking.... Why is everything here? The Ross stores in Northern California need those merchandise too. I was able to find things I needed... All the was in Los Angeles.

Great store with helpful staff. Grabbed 4 cellphone airvent car mounts. 1/3 of the price that the T-Mobile store was selling them for and they were decent quality.
