I just want to start this by saying that I had extreme anxiety when I started the process of buying my car. My last car buying experience was horrendous and I ended up buying a lemon that cost me thousands of dollars to repair.

When I started the search for my new car this year, I came across so many car salesman who were pushy, tried to bait and switch me, lied about their inventory. . . The works.
I was at my wits end before I found my BEAUTIFUL little 2017 Mini Cooper with Autobakers!

Right off the bat, Eugene and Frank were so kind and welcoming. They let me and my dad ask all the questions we needed to ask, they let us inspect the car and think about the purchase for hours, and they never tried to push us to buy anything.
If I had any problems or questions about the mini cooper, Frank and Eugene handled everything promptly and patiently.
I decided to buy the Mini Cooper and I have to say that I am BEYOND happy. I definitely found my dream car!!

I recently bought a car from this dealership! The managers are great, in particular Evgeniy. They communicate freely in Russian English. They work honestly. The registration took a maximum of 35 minutes. I'm thinking about my wife getting a car from this dealership! I definitely recommend it!!!

Was looking for a specific vehicle on car gurus s I saw that autobaker had what I was looking for called and talked with Frank he told me that I could put a 300 dollar deposit on the vehicle and they would hold it for 7 days . Flew out to their dealership. I was impressed with their inventory of awesome collection of cars . I'm over 70 years old and I have never experienced a unpressured transaction. If they have what you are looking for you owe to your self to check them out. No hidden fees there was a 70 dollar admin fee. Thank you for the pleasant experience

I was glad to find a dealer that looked good on first impression. I set up an appointment with them and when I arrived I took my time and was not pressured. I got great service from the entire team inspecting, test driving, and doing the paperwork. They were quite knowledgeable on European vehicles and the pictures and descriptions were accurate. I have received my license plates and registration papers and the car is wonderful. Big thank you to Autobakers. Try the croissants- Just kidding.

Not once did I feel like I was being hit with sales pitching or up selling, and they introduced me to everyone in charge of the lot and car maintenance. Autobakers went above and beyond my expectations of a used car broker-dealer. I bought a BMW 650iX and after driving a few days realized I need something more utility and practicality so I asked if I could return it. They had no problem and I started looking at other vehicles. It better suited my needs after driving a Q5. ML350 GLE 550 and Range Rover sport. I purchase the Range Rover sport. I opted out for the warranty and took the vehicle home several days later after the grace period Had expired the vehicle overheated. I called Auto bakers after taking the Range Rover to the Land Rover dealership. They told me that it had a coolant intake was cracked. Land over told me it's a common issue and they have an upgraded part they replace it with for $4,000. I called Autobakers. They agreed to take the Range Rover back. They had it fixed with their own mechanics at no cost to me. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fix the car I purchased without warranty and it's running great today after 1500 miles and several months. I'm pleased with my Range Rover and would recommend them

I traveled from out of state to make my purchase and the car was as promised. The process was very easy and received good service. There was a repair that needed to be made and Erik personally made an appointment for me at my local Lexus and the repair was made under warranty the next day. I would recommend Autobakers if you are looking for a very nice used car at the best price.

Autobakers is a great place to shop for used cars! The cars are in pretty good condition and reasonably priced. They are very helpful and honest in the whole process, as well as professional and organized. They even offered to fix minor issues on my car after I already bought it.
