7-Eleven has pretty much anything you can ask for in a convenience store. The employees have always seemed friendly and courteous. I usually come here to buy soda after picking up Thai food. It's just like any other 7-Eleven in terms of inventory, but it comes in handy when you need something on the go. One problem is that parking can be an issue, especially after 5pm it can get hectic. There's a bunch of businesses and not enough parking to accomodate them, so finding a spot is hit or miss. I know it's not the fault of the store, but it can make it a hassle to stop by if I don't have someone to run inside the store while I wait for a spot to open up, or I go around the block.

I just pass and take a look and everithing is fine.but not all the time yoy can keep the store really organize.is like any others store...

The cashiers look at me weird when I purchase sertian iteams and if I don't hear them they always get sassy

If I could leave zero stars I would whoever is there at this hour is really rude no customer service at all. He makes his own rules. He tries to make you buy something minimum of $10 when you try to redeem your points. Last time he flung my change at me and I let it slide. This place has been going downhill. I’d rather go the extra mile and go to the one in Van Nuys. They provide better service and accept your points when you redeem them.

i never seen people so rude it was this older guy with another gentle man. and i order some fresh food . and told me after 9 we dont cook anymore,am like is this is 7 eleven they dont close???and the older guy respond you can discus that with the manager later.. what kine of employees are those..where is customer service..the owner needs to take care of this bussines..how can i talk to the manager wen the phone rings no one answer

Same problem all the time.
No quality control.
I ordered spicy hot dogs
They sent regular hot dogs.
Same on 7 eleven franchises.
No customer service at all!!!

This is an absolutely horrible establishment. Not only did they over charge me but the cashier was extremely rude. She even went as far as to laugh at me saying she thought I wouldn’t have enough money to pay and misgendered me. I am sickened by this behavior, I would recommend everyone to drive down the street to the other 7/11 where they won’t treat you like a piece of trash. This is absolutely disgusting and 7/11 corp WILL be hearing from me.

The female employee was rude. I think she needs to learn what customer service is. She also advised my total was $1.99 I waited and she was wondering why I was waiting around. It seemed as if she automatically expects to keep the 1¢ of change and she did not ask if I wanted my receipt. She could have at least asked if I wanted my change, let me tell her she can keep it or not.

Food is bad the spicy chicken sandwich i got didn't even have any pickles in it.There was also a mess inside they had chips bags in the floor, you need new employees someone who can keep up with the food being on time ready to eat without any pickles missing which i think the employees ate it..
