Porsche Tacoma Service Center

I had an excellent experience servicing my Porsche at Porsche Tacoma Service Center. Jesse and everyone involved in the process was kind and professional.

I enjoyed dealing with Porsche Tacoma had the luxury experience with Manager Stephen. He let us excited during the whole sales and delivery processing. Highly recommended.

I recently had my 911 serviced at Porsche Tacoma. I waited for my service and really appreciated the video they send to you showing you going through the inspection of your vehicle. What a great experience.

Had an emergency on Saturday am and Mason Bortle in service and his tech team resolved it on the spot while we waited. Very reassuring

Great experience with getting my Porsche serviced. Everyone was very friendly and focused on addressing my car questions. The loaner car was brand new and they had my car ready when they promised it.

Went in to have check engine light diag done on wife’s Cayenne Turbo S. Matt was super professional and personable. Gave plenty of detail on the diagnosis and explained what the tech had done to the car in depth. Said to drop by anytime CEL came on again.

This dealership is bit closer for me than Bellingham so more convenient for service.

Darwin did a great job explaining the required work issues and communications with me. All went well.

First oil change/service is free, awesome!

I can't help but notice this dealership seems to be out of touch with corporate and unfamiliar with Porsche branded accessories and services by their own admission. I asked them to install a Porsche Tequipment dashcam. They said the can't install it and suggested I go to Cartoys or someplace similar to get it done. They don't install their own stuff. My recommendation is go the Porsche Bellevue, at least they have loaner cars and the staff is trained.

Called for an oil change. Service manager got me to put in new plugs; ok. The next day I got an e-mail confirmation for a 30K service. Wrote back asking for an estimate (as I wasn’t sure what the service included as well as the cost). My e-mail was BLOCKED. But I have never written to them before (though I bought my car there). Wondered what caused their blocking my e-mail. Surmised that there might have been some unhappy customers? Decided to cancel the appointment and have it done in town.

I have a 2012 Porsche Cayenne and I brought it in for a service, first off they wanted to charge $458 for an oil change (REALLY) they said they couldn’t find the problem that I came there for which was a hesitation in my acceleration. How are you a certified Porsche dealership and can’t find the problem with your own brand, product. Very frustrating, wasted half the day in there lounge area for a ride home and the finally got me an Uber ride home, over priced mechanics that can’t do what there trained to do……NEVER AGAIN!

Went in for 80K service and about 600 miles later my serpentine belt blew causing the car to overheat on the highway. They say they checked the belt but "the technician" is no longer there and the service operator said she wasn't there either so no accountability. Zero help and now I have a significant oil leak. They said they "understand" it shouldn't happen but no resolution. Previous experience had been good but new people in charge. Bought the car here and will never go back
