Best Customer Service in the bank and on the phone. You can always speak to a very smart and attentive person.

The tattooed manager mentioned before is one of the best bank managers I have ever met, he always answers all my questions and finds out if he does not know the answer. Your "southern hospitality" must have also given you blinders to the fact that he is amazing despite his tattoo's. I don't know for sure, but I am pretty sure he has a southern accent, not an LA one.

I've always had a good experience here and since I go to the bank a few times a week for work I LOVE that this branch has a drive-thru. It's usually not too busy, just make sure to limit to 3 transactions if you use the drive up service. Much better than fighting for parking at the one on Century Park.

Absolutely the best customer service in the banking industry. It's the service of a small town bank but the resources of a large banking institution. They actually get to know you as a customer. Hard to believe, but yes it is true.

I've had nothing but great customer service experiences with this bank. They even opened up after they had closed to help me with a deposit. I don't know of any other bank that would do this!

Terrible bank, central call center, drive thru window closed randomly and without notice. If you call the branch manager you have to leave a voice mail, its been hours still no call back. Forget this bank! UPDATE 8/2023 Now the drive thru is permanently closed. Big bank inside a couple people working at the windows.

I would not recommend this bank. Their customer service is really lacking. I had a few interactions with them and I found them to be very unprofessional. The bank manager is all tattooed up and looks and behaves more like a bartender at a dive bar than a manager of a bank. Nobody could answer my very basic questions (deposit availability, bill pay, etc etc). Having been raised in Nashville I guess I am just spoiled with Southern hospitality…this bank is based out of Los Angeles and I don’t think any of their staff is from the area, if so they don’t act like it. I wasn't impressed.

Terrible customer service, they dont have enough bank tellers to help customers always 1 or 2 available. The manager who I believe is called Maria doesnt care as she says that's all the personnel they have. Of all banks this is the worst bank that ignores customers complaints/ concerns.

Been with them 15 yrs all of a sudden I'm getting a monthly charge of 20 dollars if my balance is not 3000.00 that never happen until they merged with another bank never diclosed to customers. Than when I questioned them regarding the fee they said it's always been like that, I said no check my previous statements, they out right lied to me because now this branch has new mgmt. I will never bank with them again!,,

The customer service is ridiculous! Not sure what the problem is but every time I come here I have a problem. I’m not sure there is a discrimination issue based on status or age. They aren’t very kind, get an attitude when you have questions but will switch it off when the manager comes over. And anyone wanting to use COVID as an excuse to be rude should really reevaluate their business and their moral compass. What a shame!

been a customer for 24 years, I have two kind of business and two personal banking account, I could not get any help from city national bank not a good bank I never recommend to anyone ,specially the lone center. Oh my God they make you to wait a long time month to wait and waste your time as long time customer with then for customer service zero point for them. I never ask again for any kind of lone from them.

Terrible. We got a mortgage through this company and they are unhelpful, no transparency in lending procedures and very slow to answer questions and general inquiries.

Worst bank ever.
