We attempted to sell our home during the holiday season with the thought that developers were looking for a home in an area near Zions Park, and that they would want time to get it ready for the up coming tourist season. The home is locate in an area where there are permits for air B&B's. Becky was willing to take on the challenge.

When ever we had question Becky was always returning our calls within a 24 hour period via a text, phone call or personal visit. She managed to get us good traffic flood and two full price offers and after their due diligent was completed, and we had lowered our price to off set repairs, the buyers backed out due to conflict of partners interest to live in the home and the others wanted an air B&B.

If we did not have medical events that had been causing a looming dead line I am sure we would have sold the home.

Becky did such a great job working with us to find a vacation home in St. George. She made it seem like it was no big deal that we live so many hours away from each other and assisted us in anything we needed. She got us a great deal in this crazy market and we are so grateful for her hard work.

She helped make all the paperwork seamless through the process of building, to include the final paperwork upon closing. I highly recommend Becky Ellis as my realtor to others.
