A good experience! Price was cheap, area was gated & guarded. The shuttle was clean & new. Took about a 15 minute drive to the airport. They were good with directions. Shuttle was every 30 minutes plus. Give yourself ample time due to traffic so you don’t stress. Our car was fine! Would recommend 👍

Great price. Fast shuttle for both to lax, from lax. I literally waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle from Lax to Parkinglot. Tip, call right after you claim your baggage and start walking to the pickup location. (Between Terminal 3 and Tom Bradley)

I was concerned with previous reviews of the parking, once I got here everything was good. The staff was very helpful. Theres cameras and a guard in the front, made me feel safer about my car. the airport didnt seem that far away. when i came back i only waited about 20 minutes to be picked up. seems all those reviews were from a different company or management prior to now. Overall, great.

I had a great experience here. The cost is great and they provide a free shuttle to and from the airport. I left my car there for 4 nights while I went to Idaho to visit friends. I came back everything was perfect. Will definitely use again in the future.

I get the horror stories in the other reviews, but my own experience was fine. I parked the car myself and took the shuttle to LAX. When I was back, I called, got on the shuttle again, and got my car. My car was perfectly fine and the shuttle did not take more than 15 min either time.
Cheap, uncovered, and a bit far from LAX, but an OK experience.

Also, for goodness sake, do no leave in the car. That should be common sense.

Cramped so a smaller car will be a better option. The shuttle was timely and a free shuttle to and from the airport is always nice. It is guarded which is nice so not anyone can walk up to your car. The people were friendly.

Most times, it is acceptable, but lately, shuttle return from lax is horrificly slow! Took almost an hour after we called for pick up despite "every 30 minutes" statement. One male driver extremely rude, condescending after we called him out for lying about not stopping for us. Not sure this attitude and delay is worth the cheap price anymore...Will go elsewhere.

They are cheaper for a reason. The service is not the best, but your car will be safe from break-in there and you will eventually get to the airport and eventually get picked up. Give yourself extra time if you're relying on the shuttle service. Took over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the lot. Not very reliable.

I'd recommend getting a magnetic sign that they could slap on their shuttle vans, so they are more easily identifiable when getting picked up. It was very difficult to find the shuttle and took probably 30 minutes to get picked up.

Parking is very cheap, it’s not close to the airport which is probably why it’s so cheap. You get what you pay for but for a lot of people the minor inconveniences may be just fine. The parking is tight, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with an oversized vehicle. I have a mini van and I had trouble fitting in a decent spot. Luckily I found just the right spot that I could back in to so that was a blessing. I was gone for 3 full days and all was well when I got back to my van. Just keep in mind that the shuttle is sketchy. Getting to the airport was no problem, it was getting back that was a huge irritation for me. I paid $47 for 4 days; Thursday night through Sunday evening. When I called for the shuttle the guy said I needed to be at departures and to call back when I get there. 10 minutes later the calls were going directly to voicemail. After several attempts to reach him again I gave up. It was getting late ( 8pm is late for me) so I walked back to arrivals and made my way to the taxis where I paid $25 to get back to the parking lot. Some may think this is ok compared to the prices of other places to park but I made my review detailed enough so you could make that decision up front and not later. Depending on your level of tolerance… The taxi driver was super sweet so that was a plus. Maybe I just need to Uber next time to get a better rate back to the lot? Or park at a different lot for the same price I paid with the taxi but with a more reliable shuttle driver. We’ll see…

I booked online for a rate of $5/day. I traveled away. But I missed my flight back and had to fly back the next day. I went to emails. it says to change your dates etc click here. I clicked...it took me to the website and that's it. I couldn't change the dates. So I emailed the company. They never responded.
When I made it back to LAX, I called the lot. They had a van in the area and setup a pick up, but their driver was so incompetent, so rude, so unprofessional. I'd had handicap assistance in the airport and apparently the airport employee had pushed my wheelchair to the wrong spot. The van was at a different spot. I tried walking to where the van might be, but all the driver would do is yell and interrupt over the phone repeatedly saying he can't see me. well, duh! we've already established that we can't see one another. one of us has to go looking for the other. I am looking for you as best I can by walking in such-&-such direction. All you have to do is wait. but nope he kept yelling that he couldn't see me. I explained that I am disabled but am walking to where I think he must be, he said I should have warned him that I was handicapped. I had given that information to no less than 3 employees already. Apparently they don't tell each other anything. plus why does it matter? The point is I'm walking to you at a medium pace, I cannot run, you are not willing to leave the van. so sit tight and wait. I'll be there soon. It turns out he was only about 200-300 yards from me! I walked till I found him because I have the good sense to try and solve the issue rather than yelling and shouting. His lack of intellect was disturbing and aggravating. He solved nothing.

Then when I arrived at the lot, I tried to leave and fully expected to pay $5 for the extra day. Nope they wouldn't let me out of the lot unless I paid $15 extra. That is 300% of the original rate. Triple! and why? They claim that only the online reservations are booked at $5 a day and that it's through the online company. Any days outside of that online reservation are considered to be booked at the "regular rate" through the actual lot itself which is a different company. The lot supposedly charges $15 a day unless you have an online booking with their partner company. I gathered my proof: I videotaped how the website wasn't letting me make a date change, how my email was not replied to... and so on. But the lot wouldn't refund my money. I contacted the online reservation company and they acknowledged that changes could not be made on the site after I'd dropped my car off. They said they could bill me just $5 for the extra day not $15. I said great, and please notify the parking lot company so they can return my $15, so that I can pay you $5. Instead the online reservation company went silent again and did nothing.
