Rxpress Pharmacy

We love and appreciate Rxpress and the employees! Our family used another (drive through available) pharmacy for years, until we were so fed up with their lack of customer care / service that we finally gave up and haven't been back. As a family, we easily had many thousands of dollars per month in prescriptions... and we couldn't even be treated like we mattered.
The final straw was a prescription for 30 iron tablets that ened up costing me like $11. As I was walking out, I happened to walk down the aisle where the bottles of iron were, and noticed that the dose was exactly the same as what I'd just gotten. I could have gotten 20× what the prescription was, for less than half the price! (Too many issues and tests kept my brain from even thinking about it being sold NON prescription!) Something a GOOD PHARMACIST WOULD HAVE MENTIONED!!! Especially to a customer who had been coming there for 15+ years and they knew by name!
$11 didn't break the bank and wouldn't for most... but for some, it could have made a huge difference it what they had to support their family. After months of being told they had medication they didn't, being told to come back in '2 hours' only to be told to come back in 'another 2 hours' (sometimes multiple times!) We tried a couple other local pharmacies, but the amount of time they took (and no drive through!) just didn't work for us. A couple days after the iron prescription, I just happened to see Rxpress as we were going into the Taco Time drive through... and decided to give them a try. From the second we walked in, everyone was nice, friendly, helpful, and answered all questions without acting like they were dumb questions to ask! Since that day we've only used Rxpress and have not looked back! Give them a try, you will be so happy you did!

Lovely people, lovely place! Just went in for our covid vaccines and they were understandably a little backed up schedule wise, but both me and my partner were in and out together within 30 minutes. The staff were kind, accommodating, professional, and efficient. It was a little hard to find as it's tucked away in a corner, but that's mostly due to our unfamiliarity with the area. Would definitely recommend!

I lived in Bellevue for 50 years I had a pharmacy there that actually took care of their clients. As.
of today I was not a customer at the Rxpress Pharmacy. I needed my Covid booster shot. It’s very hard for me to get in and out of the car and to walk into a store. Ken the pharmacist came out to my car and gave me my shot in the car. I didn’t even feel the needle. They are charming helpful considerate. they actually answer their phone. They care about people. Tomorrow afternoon I am calling them And asking them to please move my prescriptions to their store. They really truly understand Customer Service and go above and beyond to help everyone. My friend recommended them and I’m so grateful that she did

I am so happy I found this little pharmacy tucked away in Bonney Lake. Brand new customer and already impressed with just how friendly they are! They actually care about their customers and that's hard to find lately with Bonney Lake pharmacies!

Very friendly staff. My mom has been going to the same pharmacy in Sumner since we moved here in the mid seventies still don't call her by name. Second time in RXPress they called her by name👍. They are quick. Never waited more than a couple minutes while they filled my order. They are also a compound pharmacy. Also they have a drive up window.

Always pay attention to details,call for refills if you are out. The thak care of there clients exceptionally well. I actually enjoy going there

They remind me of my Uncle and Aunt's pharmacy I used to work at back in Evansville, Indiana. They are personable and professional. I live in Shoreline, and they go above and beyond to see that I receive my medicine. Thanks for being a quality organization.

This is a pharmacy that I use for all my medicines very friendly customer service very reasonable prices and if there's something they don't have they get it as quick as I can for you and will call you with your prescription needs when they're ready so they're always striving to get the best customer service and help you fill your prescription and then you going to explain your medications to you and if you have any questions they answer your questions so this is the good place the check out if you need to get your prescriptions filled so come on in and give them a try you'll be happy that you did.

Love this place. Friendly, fast staff. No waiting , always eager to help and give suggestions and by far the cutest dog ever comes to work with them.

Great experience. My doctor wrote the prescription wrong and they called the doctor and fixed the issue. Would highly recommend. Great service!!
