Perfectly Fit Pilates

I have been coming here for almost 10 years. The instructors are great - all classically trained in Pilates, so you get a great foundation, but they're also really good at accommodating all fitness levels and needs. I knew nothing about Pilates when I started here, and I can't ever imagine this not being part of my life, and it's all thanks to the great instructors and Perfectly Fit!

I’ve tried yoga, aerobics & various Y classes. For me, Pilates with a personal 1:1 certified trainer, is the only exercise that has worked. At Perfectly Fit the trainers watch your every move to not only make sure that you are getting the maximum benefits but to insure that you are performing them safely. They also mix things up - so many times I’ve become bored & unmotivated to return to other types of large exercise classes. At Perfectly Fit they always ask how your body is feeling today & will modify exercises to accommodate your needs. In the years that I have been going there, I’ve become stronger, more flexible & have better balance. I Highly recommend Perfectly Fit to strengthen your core!

Perfectly Fit has an excellent program. I find the instructors extremely capable and they are always concerned about your wellbeing.
