Hepps Prescription Pharmacy

I've never had a pharmacy be so kind, personable, attentive, timely or feel that they truly care as much as HEPPS does. I'll share that I have chronic conditions that makes daily life a challenge but having a great pharmacy & pharmacist (!!!) makes a world of difference. I had to move about an hour away but I still make the drive because they are more than worth it. Walgreens & CVS never kept my medications in stock or ordered them ahead of time so my refills were never available, even if I called ahead of time to reminds them, so I would go sometimes weeks without my medications. HEPPS is always on top of it and I never have to worry about it happening again. I really can't recommend them enough!

I actually like going to the pharmacy now.
After dealing with Walgreens and all the red tape involved in some meds I was on I finally found Hepps. It’s like my hometown drug store where I feel comfortable discussing problems or issues. Thats not even the best part. The pharmacist, Dr Asher, has been involved in my treatment for an issue I’ve had for years. Also, the staff is always so friendly it’s a reason I don’t mind visiting and enjoy a quick chat with everyone I’ve met.

Hepps Pharmacy is a special place that I'm glad to have found. They carry a specialty medication that is difficult to fill elsewhere. When I call to ask questions or refill a medication, there's never a hold time. They're always patient, kind, and anticipate my needs. When I pick up, I've never waited more than 5 minutes. I moved a little further away but with the drive there and back, it's still less time than waiting at the neighborhood chain store. I'd say that's worth the drive. You won't find any moody, underpaid workers here. No wait, no judgement. It's easy to see how much they really care. Oh and parking is a breeze!! Lol. Hope you give them at try!

Best pharmacy in the neighborhood! Dr. Asher and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and provide fast service. CVS was out of the medication I needed but HEPPS was able to fill my prescription within 2 hours. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Incredibly friendly pharmacist and staff. Pharmacist takes the time to speak with his patients, and clearly really cares about providing a superior level of service. I plan to transfer my prescriptions here just to come back! Highly recommend.

The pharmacist is amazing. I came in to get a scopolamine patch for my upcoming surgery and they didn’t have any in stock. He not only called another pharmacy to see if they had any, he sent someone to get it from there so I didn’t have to go somewhere else! I worked in pharmacy for many many years and this is the best service. Support independently owned pharmacies!

I brought my new prescriptions here and I must say this is by far the best pharmacy in the area. The service and helpful staff alongside the knowledgeable pharmacist and his intern made my experience here wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the service and the medications. I highly recommend everyone to stop by. I will definitely be transferring all of my family's prescriptions here!

THIS IS THE BEST PHARMACY I EVER BEEN TOO. I have been to numerous pharmacies throughout CA, and this is by far the best. They have great customer service, professionalism, and a very accommodating staff. The place is very accessible with free validated parking and clean. Dr. Asher is a very good pharmacist, and also very caring for his patients. I plan to come here not only for my prescriptions, but also my family members'. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of medications.

This is one of if not the best pharmacies in Los Angeles. I have been to so many and honestly the knowledge of the staff and the speediness of their work is unequaled. Thanks guys for always servicing me and my mother and being helpful and giving us tips about the medicine as well. You guys are the absolute best pharmacy in Los Angeles hands down.

Pharmacy staff go out of their way to timely process my prescriptions. They are knowledgeable, personable and professional. They respond to messages promptly and deliver medications on the same day. They answer all questions willingly and don't make you feel dumb for asking multiple questions. I just love this pharmacy! They all deserve 5 plus stars.

This is one of the best pharmacies out there. Never had a time where they were out of the medicine I needed or needed to order it.

The people working there are so pleasant and so willing to help, it is leaps and bounds from your typical Rite Aid or Walgreens.... where you are just another prescription standing in line and they want you out.

They also have a huge selection of different creams, shampoos, and over the counter medicines. They also have a great selection of natural and herbal remedies that are hard to find anywhere else.

This is what a pharmacy should be like! I don't know what magic pixie dust is sprinkled about the place - but if you've had to deal with any of the chain pharmacies on a regular basis, coming here will make you think it fairytale land.
They'll talk to you on the phone and not act like you're putting g them out. Actually talk with you and answer your questions.
When refilling prescriptions I actually have to let them know when I'll be ready to pick them up because they want to get in their time machine and have them ready before I even ask.
The building has parking and though sometimes crowded I've never not found a spot to park and run in... There's almost no waiting for pick-up... And there are no angry sick people pacing about because they've been waiting for three or more hours for their medicine to be ready.
I have a CVS across the street from work that I went to for years... It takes me 15.minutes to drive to Hepps - a round trip is still quicker than my average time used to be at CVS!
I hope the owner stays in good health and this place stays open for many years to come.

I have been trying to keep my Rx at non-chain pharmacies - not easy so many of our neighborhood pharmacies have either closed or not longer take Express Scripts because of Express Scripts micromanagement.

After my old pharmacy moved out of the area, I had to to get my Rx's transferred. Hepps handled the transfer well, called my docs if they where not sure about an Rx.

The service is quick, and they even gave me a insulated bag and cold pack for my perishable meds. Another thing I like about them, compared to a chain pharmacy, is if a customer is having a problem/issue/concern they don't stop the checkout like most chains do. They address the customers issues and someone will come up to handle the checkout for the next person. Very efficient and customer focused.

Another plus point is they will contact you if there are any issues or problems with your insurance coverage, which most chain pharmacies do not do.

The best pharmacy that I've ever been to thus far! The staff go above and beyond to get the medications to you in a timely manner! I see them running around behind the counter and the pharmacist keeps his eyes on his staff to make sure they keep the customers satisfy!

My family members have gone here for years. I feel lucky that when I needed to special order a medication the pharmacist not only remembered me from when I was younger, but was able to help me out. Family businesses are the best.

I take a medication that is kind of hard to find. Most places, even big pharmacies like wagreens,and CVSnever have it instock or have a limited amount, resulting in me having to make two trips inorder to get my medication. However at Hepps Dr. Asher always has it in stock, and its quick in service.
Also Dr. Asher remember mostly all of his costomers by first name,and uswally you are greeted by your name as soon as you walkin.

Great experience. Parking is kind of tight in that area, but Free.

Dr Asher, the Pharmacist, his staff, and goes out of their way to get your medicines to you in a timely manner. I wish that all pharmacies could be like Hepps.
