Tony & Victor were a great team and they went above and beyond to not only repair, but IMPROVE, my dryer vent situation. My original venting was a cheap aluminum vent that went under the house and out at the base of the wall. I always wanted to have it done correctly, and one day when I was cleaning the vent out, it ripped in half! I called Beacon and the guys came out within the hour. They didn't just replace the vent in the same bad design. They put high quality venting inside my garage and out towards the roof. They even recommended putting in an extra lint catcher in the line, so i bought one and they installed that too. Happy with the results done by Tony & Victor!

Great honest conversation on options and made sure I knew what each choice would be… while servicing a drain gave me an inspection on my old hot water heater and was able to replace it on the spot. Will use these guys again!

I want to add that Anthony and Josh were fantastic as well digging up and repairing my sewer that was the root (pun intended) cause of it all - on the day after Thanksgiving no less... thanks all you are great to work with.

I called Beacon to replace a outside hose bib that was leaking for a couple of months. When the team showed up, they looked at the repair and had a solution right away. What I was most impressed with was that this team immediately identified a potential catastrophic issue with my hot water heater. They gave me their professional diagnosis and it was obvious that this was a needed repair that if not identified, could have cost me way more in the future. Will and Alex from the Tacoma Beacon Branch were not only professional, but also taught me several things to help me in the future. Will and Alex did a phenomenal job, and have a work ethic that will make me call Beacon Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

We had an emergency plumbing issue this morning. My dad turned on the faucet in the bathroom tub and it would not shut off. The water was pouring out nonstop very quickly. In a panicked, we shut off the main water valve and googled “emergency plumber.” Beacon plumbing was the first thing that popped up. They were able to send someone out in about half an hour. I was impressed at how quickly they were able to come out. Jesus and his assistant did a very good job explaining the process to me and replacing the faucet. It looks amazing now and we have water to the house again (thank goodness!). They were very courteous and professional, wearing masks and booties in our home. I would highly recommend them for any future plumbing job.

We had our furnace quit on us and in my stress my husband called Beacon. I have used other furnace companies in the past but Tony by far was the best to work with. Tony gave each of the 3 adults respect by talking to each equally. He was knowledgeable, funny, hardworking and just allround a great tech. He found issues that we had been having for over 20 years that I had several people look at and everyone told me it was fine. He got to the bottom of the problem. He took all the vent pipes down and reconnected each one. He found several dead pipes and unconnected or over connected paths. He TOOK THE TIME to do a kick butt job. Spectacular work cannot recommend him enough.

I was super impressed with how communicative, professional and timely their service was. The pipe connected to the hose bib in our rental blew out and they were able to fix it the next day. This was when all the other places we called were 4 or 5 days out. Dean was excellent. I would definitely use their services again. What's even better is they didn't overcharge us even though we were in a predicament. Very professional and reasonable.

Tony and his partner were my service technicians for my furnace repair. He and his partner took care of my furnace problem. They took time to cover their feet before entering my home. They were friendly and honest. My furnace is working now thanks to Tony's expertise. They gave me a fair and reasonable bill for the service received. We recently had our breaker and electrical panel replaced by Alex and team, and also had a mini-split installed by Ian and crew. Both teams were very responsive, communicative, and respectful of our homes. The work was done quickly and well. I particularly appreciated that both Alex and Ian had no problem taking the time to explain to me all the details and left me feeling far more educated on my electric and HVAC than I did before. The front office/dispatch folks were also very friendly and always answered really quickly. Highly recommend.

Isiah and Brent took excellent care of us! We had several issues and now they have all been resolved. They were very professional and took great care in our home. We couldn’t be more pleased.

When we realized we had an urgent leak in our home we called Beacon early in the morning and they came out and found the leak and fixed it all within about 3 hours, and that involved finding an elusive leak and cutting the wall to repair it. They also arranged for a drying specialist to follow right behind them to dry out the area treat the back mold they discovered. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Brent and Isiah went above and beyond to help us which we greatly appreciated. We would not have found the leak on our own without them (I tried). HIGHLY recommend Beacon Plumbing!!

After a Thanksgiving disaster, we were very appreciative of Dean's quick ability to fix our kitchen sink. Dean was efficient, professional, and polite. After speaking with my husband to get some background information, Dean was communicative about what he was going to do and what the worse case scenario could be. I woke up this morning to a big clog in in our main line. I called beacon plumbing and they set Will and Alex out right away. They were very polite and knowledgeable about the plumbing and the issues. They quickly worked up a very reasonable bid, and got to work right away. They did a great job, and they were very clean. I won’t hesitate to call them again in the future.
