Staff was efficient and courteous. Need to update outgoing voicemail directions: Pharmacy entrance is now #8, not 2, on the 19th St/north side of hospital campus.

Real issues with the phones. It rings and then disconnects. After three tries, someone picked up and then put me on hold.

I don't know what the deal is with this pharmacy. The worker bees are for the most part rude.

Need to hire better workers. Wait time in the pharmacy takes 2 hours to get meds hire actual professionals that know how to get the job done quick and skilled. Recommended if anyone reads this go to an actual pharmacy that doesn't take up so much time.

Terrible service overall. They do not follow publicly posted hours, are slow, and are quite unhelpful and borderline rude. Every other pharmacy I've ever dealt with has proactively helped with identifying and suggesting potential alternatives for expensive prescriptions, but they refused. They also charged more than double what our insurance says the co-pay for a particular prescription is supposed to be. To top it off, despite being called "MultiCare Pharmacy" and being physically located inside the hospital, there is no apparent way to contact them via MyChart and MultiCare customer service says they cannot assist with pharmacy concerns. Wish I could give zero stars and regret ever choosing this pharmacy in the 1st place.

Don’t bother waiting at the pickup window they just will look at you without helping. so rude.

Closed early. I showed up 30 minutes before they were aupposed to close, but there was no one there
