They make you feel comfortable
They will give you headphone and ask you what kind of music you would like to listen to because the machine can be noisy at time

My husband had an appt here at 915pm, they called him at 4pm and asked him if he could go in at 630pm instead and he agreed. When he got there they made him wait until 915pm because "that's when his appt was." I can't even.
