Just like a lot of people in the PNW a few weeks ago, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a broken pipe in our garage attic. Moe and his crew were assigned to us and I'm super happy they were. They exceeded all expectations.

Moe is probably one of the nicest individuals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. His approachability and professionalism immediately put us at ease. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that him and his team were there to help in any way they could. They were super thorough in their inspection and cleanup, leaving no stone unturned to ensure that our garage was returned to its pre-damage state.

Their honesty and hardworking nature were evident throughout the entire process. The crew meticulously cleaned everything, treated any mold they discovered with great care, and wiped down all surfaces to ensure that our space was not only dry but also healthy to be in again.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the work they did for us. Their dedication to quality work and customer satisfaction really stood out in a situation that was incredibly stressful for my family and me.

Andrew the team lead (and Marquise his project manager) did a fantastic job of getting the dry out and tear out done in our two rooms that had a pipe burst. Andrew and his team were polite, professional, and helped me keep my sense of humor about this small disaster. I was kept up on timeframes, and they showed up when they said they would.

Before he left, Andrew took time to explain what they found, thus saving us a bunch of money putting in insulation we didn't in fact need. They were careful of our furniture and our cat. Before they left they double checked to make sure everything was dried out and we were fully ready for the next stage of repair.

I would recommend them to anyone who's had a home disaster. Much appreciated and job well done!

We had Moe and Will come help us with our flooded laundry room, kitchen and basement and we were impressed with both of them. They knew what needed to be done and were very accommodating to our wishes. We felt like we had met two very nice friends. The results were extremely well done and everything was nice and dry. I have no negative remarks to add. Working with Heather and the entire crew was top notch. Customer service couldn't be better!!!

The whole crew was friendly, prompt, professional, considerate and thorough. They explained every step And helped make the process as smooth as possible, And I have no doubt they took care of any potential mold issues after the water damage.

I came home from a trip to Italy. Although the leak in a cold water pipe had been repaired, I used Servpro to remove the wet hardwood flooring, dry out the structures within the walls and spray for mold. The process took five days. At every point I was informed of what was being done and why. Every question was answered. I felt very relieved by the capable and kind responses of Moe who was always on time, cheerful and helpful.

I had great experience with ServPro. They were professionals, took the time to explain the project and did a great job. I want to thank all the technicians that came to work on the project, especially the 1 st technician, Mau I believe that’s his name, he’s Samoan I think. He did such a great job and worked very hard. Moe and his crew were exceptional. They were professional and trustworthy. The work they did and the speed at which they completed their tasks was remarkable. The whole crew was constantly happy and if a problem arose, they would solve it and still complete their tasks on time. I would recommend this crew to any family member or friend if they needed their service. My family and I consider us lucky to have landed Moe and his crew. Burgess as the project manager was very helpful and his communication each time was quick and timely. Having our house flood was chaotic and stressful, but this crew undeniably was a positive experience for my family and I.

Andrew Johnson was the leader and guided me through the whole process. Made it much easier to navigate a difficult occurrence. All of the workers were great but he was superior.

Nick Blakeway, Amanda and Tamra were hard workers and very professional in packing and very meticulous identifying all damaged items. Always on time to work and kept their area of operations clean daily. My wife and I are very pleased to have worked with them. Also when I got sick and was hospitalized they sent me a get well card that touched my heart 💝 during my recovery. Thanks guy’s we will always remember you and your courtesy/caring attitude.

We had a flood which left 4" of water across our ground floor. We used SERVPRO for both the mitigation and the rebuilding. Ultimately, I asked them to do another small job too, since I trusted their work. We appreciated the worker continuity assigned to our job, and their desire to get it done right. I worked with Jeff Wisko as the PM and never felt shortchanged; even when he was balancing multiple jobs, our conversations were honest and sincere. We NEVER want to be flooded again, but if we are, we are calling SERVPRO of Tacoma for help.
